Some great dishes, some mediocre and some blah blah. For fine dining & super high price point, lousy service (and the gall to add 20% for table of 3)…ridiculous $50 corkage fee. Decent meal, but horribly overpriced relative to quality.

Lovely dinner date. We had a reservation, did not wait at all. Took my jacket to the coatracks. We did not go shy on the foods, we tried the broccolini, dragon roll, mushroom bao bans (OUR FAV), wagyu gyozas, and korean braised wagyu short rib (overpriced but delicious). Service was phenomenal, quick and friendly. Oh we also got drinks and dessert; pineapple express, soju-ko and miss violet for drinks and the japanese matcha tiramisu. Just great:)

Food was ok. Not bad but not memorable either. For the cost, I was the expecting the food to be exceptional but it wasn’t. The furniture selection in the space reflects my experience. The solid wood dining table and chairs are beautiful, expensive and overly designed but uncomfortable to sit in.

I travel from Boise just for their cuisine. Everything about this place is incredible and their service is top notch!

Food was amazing, service outstanding, a little pricey but overall our group was very happy with our dinner and experience. Will definitely be back.

First class food , service and ambience. Excellent sushi and a range of Wagyu beef dishes to satisfy any appetite. Sorry we waited so long to dine at Janken.

Such a fantastic evening. The ambience was so perfect, very on brand. The food was superb… definitely try the toro tuna. Cocktails were delicious. A memorable restaurant experience

Wonderful, varied and creative menu, somewhat expensive but worth the price especially for special occasions. Also appreciate that Janken is making it clear on their bill that 20% gratuity is added and not putting any extra stress or pressure on the patron to consider additional gratuity (looking at you Nostrana). Well done.
