Jalisco Underground is located next to Wally’s Wine & Spirits. The opulent underground experience will feature cocktails inspired by bold Mexican flavors.
From the moment you arrive, guests will be immersed in Mexico City’s underground tequila culture as they sip on high-end spirits and handcrafted cocktails inspired by the birthplace of tequila, Jalisco, Guadalajara.
Sounds of modern Latin music, DJs, and live performances will be heard as you are transported into a Mexico City tequileria with a Las Vegas-style twist.

So Good, will definitely be back ! The Underground is right next to the casino floor! Great location, amazing food, outstanding service. The Cabernet Sauvignon was stellar!

Horrible experience. I had reservations for 11:30pm and when my party and I got there, it was closed!

We arrived for our reservation and the venue was closed. We were unable actually visit this location. It was very disappointing because we were looking forward to this visit.

We had a reservation for a few months for the F1 race they called 2 days before the race cancelling our reservation. My friend who is a huge tequila lover was super upset. So we went to ghost donkey at cosmopolitan instead. Felt we should be comped for the inconvenience.

The website has food on their menu, when we get there they tell us that since last year they stopped serving food. Would be nice if they updated the website. We were very disappointed. This place is more like a nightclub.

Music was extremely loud, nobody was dancing, booth felt like it had subwoofers in it. Place was just dark with a few wine barrels placed around, a few very weak battery operated candles. We've been dying to try this place, but won't be back.

There was no attendant at the door. We ventured in to find the kitchen staff and a server who guided us to the location. The lady noted that the staff that was supposed to tend the door did not show up for work. Nevertheless, the servers were kind. Food was removed from the menu. The location was dark and empty. The drinks were only ok. Not worth returning.

Drinks were excellent, but website listed food items as well, which were apparently all cancelled and no longer available. Our group was hoping to experience food during our visit.
