Taylor was our waitress and she was excellent. We went for our anniversary and Taylor made it a special occasion for us. We had tenderloin which was amazing and prime rib. Both were great. Maybe slightly undercooked though. But we didn’t complain.

We had a wonderful experience at Jakers. Ambiance is lovely and comfortable. Steaks were cooked perfectly. The sides we had were fresh and delicious. The wine list is small but I found one I enjoyed and my companion opted for a cocktail rather than wine. Crème Brûlée dessert was wonderful. We’ll be back for sure. Highly recommended.

The food is decent, you don't get much for the $. The Trout was very try, it had burnt spots on it. The price isn't worth what you get for sure. Jaker's used to be much better but the last 2 times there I have been disappointed.

We always go here when passing through and it’s always a great place to eat. Happy hour is very reasonably priced.

We had a reservation for 7 p.m. , arrived on time, and were not seated until 7:25, after walk-ins with the same number in their party were seated ahead of us. The food was bad enough that we didn't even eat one of the entrees (wagu steak burger) after taking one bite. The other (salmon with miso) was edible, but not particularly good. The entree presentation was laughable with what looked like thick brown gravy slapped on top of salmon sitting on a small pile of rice. The entree was placed on the edge of an oversized white plate. No garnish at all. The waitress (Jordan) was great. She was friendly and attentive and offered to remove the entree from our bill without anyone asking her to do so. We did have creme brulee, which was excellent. Other than the waitress and the creme brulee, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've ever experienced.

The Open Table reservation didn't work. They had no record of it. I showed them my proof on my phone and they got us in as quickly as possible. The "Ala Jakers" toppings on my steak was below their standard. The crab was HARD and the asparagus was wilted.
