2 parents 2 kids on mothers day. Great service not to crowded ( you know how mothers day is ). Great food, reasonable prices. Awesome services. Lots of TVs, clean CLEAN bathrooms. Waitress was super attentive ( I could only leave 10% tip but she should get 30%.. I dont have a job so I need to save money where I can ). Hopefully she can steal a little from the till to offset the lack of tips for a bit. Love it so much we are saving our money ( no more starbucks ever ) and next week we do it all over AGAIN!!! ). Jake and Joes is a hidden Gem. Right next to basket market, in waltham.

Great experience that I think any foreigner traveling to the USA should try. I can not recommend this place enough for a wondering traveler.

I was sorry to see you changed your menu. You removed the chicken parm and pot roast from your menu and you Can't order cheese steak rolls on the tree anymore. Both of those meals were a very good value and replaced with higher priced meals. You might be pricing your self out of the game

C’mon……Waltham Jake n Joe’s is ALWAYS our “Go to”. Love the waitstaff. Seriously, they are THE BEST‼️ None better anywhere. Love the 3 managers that I see on a regular basis & they could not be more professional, smart, friendly & accommodating. Plus the food is totally great….very underrated & I tell everyone & it’s just a fun & welcoming atmosphere. Love it‼️

We were the only ones seated outside and we asked repeatedly to have the game volume turned down. Nothing was done. We had to yell at each other to get a word across. Volume was many times higher than other visits

Jake and Joes is always our go to for a casual dinner with friends. Our Server was excellent. Gave us plenty of time to order and was right there when we needed him. Food is always a good value.

We asked for a standard table in the reservation because we had kids and were shown to a high top with a high chair that was unstable at best. Was not a pleasant experience.

The food was excellent (steak & cheese egg rolls, kickin' garlic parmesan wings, Thanksgiving sandwich and Modelo pitcher), our server Jess was excellent and all of the NFL games are on the many screens. Great place to watch sports and eat good food.

Our server Caitlyn was great! We were there for 3.5 hours and she maintained a solid connection with us without being aggressive. She is one of the best!!

Good times with a party of 6 people but had to wait a very long time for drinks and appetizer plates and refills. I would have had 3 drinks but I only had time to drink 2.

The onion rings were the only thing we had that was okay. The nachos were cold and tasted as though they had been prepared in advance. Same with the grilled salmon that was on a Caesar salad. My husband’s onion soup was a disappointment. It was as though nobody took pride or an interest in what was being served. We’ll never go back

The food is always great at the Waltham Jake and Joe's. The service is always problematic. Either the server is distracted, new or overwhelmed, there is always an issue. Last night the Rewards feature of the Jake and Joe's App was not working? So this slowed everything down and was never resolved. Frustrating

Great sports bar with all major events on big screen TVs. Beer selection is ok, not great. Food was ok but our server Olivia was outstanding. She was very friendly and attentive but not intrusive. Well done.

Server had poor English. Food description on menu left out items. Had to return dish which meant my meal came after my partner was finished. Compensation was only 15% off bill. Water glass dirty. Will not return.

My latest favs are the ribs, the salmon, & my go to’s …….buffalo mac & cheese, Philly steak & cheese, and of course Chicken Parm. My wife & friends love the tacos.
