We specifically went there for bbq beef ribs. We called ahead and asked before we made the trip and were assured that these were on the menu. We don’t heat pork ribs, and know it’s rare to find beef ribs, so that’s why we called ahead. We got there and no beef ribs. We also were disappointed that the Chinese chicken salad we’ve always loved was also missing. This was one of our tried and true neighborhood go tos when we lived down the street. We’ve moved a little further up north so don’t get there as often as we’d like. My boys grew up eating and laughing there with the fire hats. It’s disappointing and sad to see it’s just not the same.

Honestly, what made the night was our server. He was attentive, informative, and knowledgeable about the food and beer selections. A great night with friends was made better by great customer service!

The Ambience inside the bar was good for a sports pub. We were sat out front by the sidewalk in the plastic room. We got the brisket nachos and chicken wings. Nachos were mostly stuck to the tray , not much brisket and hard to eat because the chips were stuck together and to the tray and paper. We ordered 2 orders , the sauce of the month garlic and jalepeno sauce and also the whisky bbq sauce. We thought these were going to be smoked wings that are then grilled from pictures but it turns out the wings were pretty much like a breaded hooters wing with bad sauce. They are big breaded wings and We personally did not like either sauce. Whiskey bbq was just a bbq sauce with lots of minced garlic in it I was able to eat one and the other had a hint of garlic oil taste. The waitress was not very attentive at all. We Sat with empty glasses during our meal. $19 for an order of 8 wings just isn’t a good value no matter the location. They offer bbq items and burgers that looked good on plates around us but the quality of what we got will definitely keep us from visiting again. Did Look like a good place for a beer and to catch a game at the bar. We didn’t waste the leftover wings, we gave the bag of leftovers to a homeless guy sitting nearby under a blanket. I hope he enjoyed them more than us.

The corn elote dip is fantastic! The wings were perfectly sauced and the smashburger was napkin- needed....so delicious. Service was good. Beer cold- mixed drinks done well.

Service was not great, food was cold and sent back. We have been here several times and by far the worst!

Food and service were great. Thank goodness we had a reservation. We bypassed the 1-hour wait with ease.

Our server was not very attentive and the noise level was high because there was a bingo type of Game night. The speakers were awful.
