The decor is great. The manager who greeted us and helped us at first was great. Service was very slow and the restaurant wasn’t busy. (2 other tables) It would be a cool place to grab a drink.

Food was great. There was only one server working and outdoor seating wasn’t available for that reason. If we had been able to sit outside, even with a bit of a wait, it would have been 5 stars because the patio looked so cute and it was a beautiful day. They validate the hotel parking so that was nice.

We had a great server - once we finally got one. Waited a while. Then food took a long time to come. It was decent but nothing spectacular

Absolutely terrible service, will never be going back. Drinks took forever, 20 mins to get a straw for the drink, 35 mins for chips and guac. I told a family walking in to go somewhere else. Don’t fall for the “oh but it’s so cute, I’m sure the service got better.” Cause we did and guess what it was not better, worst dinning experience I have ever encountered. Go somewhere else please for your own sanity!

Food was outstanding, service was great and the place was a great indoor/outdoor space. Loved that you got free valet. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

While the ambiance was great on the outdoor patio, the service was extremely poor. We had a reservation for 6 of us on the patio during Happy Hour. Patio and indoor seating was only about 50% full. After waiting 15 minutes for a server we had to ask multiple employees to please get us a server so we could get orders in before happy hour ended. Once our order was taken, took 30 minutes to get our first round of drinks, and appetizers still weren't out after 45 minutes. Finally got chips and salsa (yes, chips and salsa) at the 45-minute mark. We had to cancel our remaining appetizer orders at the 1 hour 15-minute mark as they were still not out and we had a show to catch so didn't want to be rushed to eat. They did end up bringing out one of the appetizers anyways and comping it and the chips and salsa for us. One of the other servers told us 3 other parties had walked out during the time we were there due to same issues. Don't know if it was a server issue, kitchen issue, staffing issue, or what, but it was a poor experience and a rough start to what was otherwise a fun night. Hope for the restaurant's sake it was just a one-off issue, but we likely won't be back.

Party of 6 at 5:45, we ordered drinks and apps right away. Drinks took 15 minutes to arrive. We immediately ordered entrees, as we had an event to go to...At 6:40, no apps, which included simple items, like chips and salsa. Spoke with manager after an hour, canceled the order. She was kind enough not to charge us for cocktails. This is the second poor experience at this restaurant.
