Welcome to the Original Jackson Hole Burgers! This is the location where brothers Jimmy and Chris, natives of Queens, first opened their saloon doors in 1972. Our family-run establishments have been serving up the best burgers in the country by using the finest ingredients – from our special blend of house-aged beef burgers to our mouth-watering chicken sandwiches, you can always expect nothing but the best every time you dine with us.

We use fresh produce and cook our meals to order which is reflected in the flavor of every dish. Expect nothing less. All of our locations operate with an open kitchen, so come dine in with us and watch your meal being prepared right in front of your eyes.

Children friendly staff, good place for family dinner. Extra delicious food, can feel the historic knowledge on burger-making. Acceptable prices. Minor problem is extra fee on card-paying.

The decor is old time Hollywood westerns and eclectic garage sale stuff from an era gone by. The food is very good and the burgers are huge and juicy. The only downside to this restaurant is the size. It’s literally a hole in the wall type of place. If you are claustrophobic this may not be your kind of place. Try the one downtown, there is much more room. Bathrooms are the size of a closet and hard to turn around in.

Slow service, good burgers (kind of cold, though), complicated add-ons. Good beer, etc.

Waited over an hour for my burgers despite the restaurant being quiet— they claimed takeout orders were being prioritized over us. Never refilled drinks/water. Waited with 3 kids (I ended up having to nurse there because it took so long).. then they added auto-gratuity which felt inappropriate after all that.

The burgers were tasty but over cooked. The onion rings excellent. The service was very slow. We had to search out a server three times. They totally ignored the back room.

We really loved the hamburgers and onion rings. However, fries were overrated. Environment was cosy, not too much noisy. But, 20 dolars for gratuity is far too much, isn't it?
