Established in 1972, Jackson Hole in Murray Hill provides the largest burger in town, offering a 7-ounce cut of beef to each and every adventurous customer who stops by. Weekly specials include barbecue beef, turkey dinners, club sandwiches, American burgers and chicken fingers. My problem was when people played the individual jukeboxes at their tables it was just too loud. You were in the middle of a conversation and the next thing you were competing the music to be heard, we asked if they could turn it down and they couldn't or they said, so this was annoying. While the service was great and there were many Brunch choices, some things like the hash browns seemed soggy and the Crabcake Benedict had minimal hollandaise cause and had a tomato under it, strange, needless to say I took the tomato off. Then someone asked for a Cappuccino with skim milk, she said I'm sorry we only have American coffee which was fine, however they only had whole milk, really in this day and age? So that was my take.

The food was delicious and the staff was super attentive and friendly. Would totally recommend and will definitely be coming back. The drinks and food were great and came out fast. The experience was very pleasant.

The service was impeccable. The burgers were terrible. Zero flavor- just meat. I question if they even used salt and pepper. I didn’t eat mine bc I gagged on the first bite. My son’s chicken finger and mac and cheese burrito had more truffle than he could eat. I thought he was exaggerating so I took a bite and spit it out. He ate a half bc I made him but was gagging by the end. The pb&j burger was fine but the other three lunches were terrible. $130 and a 20 minute walk out of our way for food that was so bad, we ate again an hour. We love JH typically but we will never be back after this.
