For brunch reservations with parties of 7 or more, we require each guest to order an entree. Final price determined by menu selection plus beverages, tax & gratuity. You do not need to choose the items in advance. Important Items of Note: Payment must be made on one credit card (the credit card you use to reserve the table will only be used in the event of a cancellation). There is a $25 per person cancellation fee if the reservation is not canceled within 24 hours prior to the reservation. Please note that an automatic gratuity of 20% will be added to your bill. Staff was very nice and attentive. Appetizers were served about 6 minutes after ordering. Obviously premade and assembled and they were not hot. Entrees not really hot either. Red snapper mediocre and not hot. You expect excellent seafood in New Orleans. Pasta OK but also served warm. Nothing special. Side of Brussel spouts was the best item served. Room loud. Very loud, like a sports bar. Dress “business causal” but guests with shorts, T-shirts and flip flops. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone over early 30s nor if you’re looking a relaxing good meal.

This is one of our favorite restaurants when we come to Nola. The decor is beautiful and the food unique, creative, and delicious. Not to mention that the service is outstanding.

The service and atmosphere were wonderful! The food was not as good as it has been on our past visits. The fish in a bag lacked flavor/spices and the risotto was just “okay.” We will be back, but we hope that this was just an off day in the kitchen.

We celebrated our anniversary here while we visited New Orleans and we are so glad we did! The food and the service were the best we’ve had since we’ve been here.

Awesome food, wine, and atmosphere. Everyone loved our table! there were four of us, I was born in NOLA and return every year, some people at our table had their first trip and first meal at Jack Rose! Everyone agreed at the end of the weekend, that Friday at Jack Rose was their favorite. Server made great recommendations on wine, starters, entrees and dessert! On the way out, we even heard grammy artist in the bar next to restaurant, they were awesome!

Our server and the two women who greeted us were fantastic but other than than the service was pretty average. I booked a table for 3 through OpenTable but was given a table for two and the two greeters were able to seat us appropriately super quickly so well done!! We went on a Saturday night and the ambience was lively and energetic, good for dates, catch ups and group dinners. the room was absolutely freezing as there are vent above every table which may be necessary in the Summer but on a Saturday night at around 9pm pretty pointless. (I'd note that I didn't ask then to change it). The food and flavours were great and spot on although all three dishes we ordered were cold as if they'd been waiting on the pass for a little while and as we were in a rush to get to another event didn't have time to have them re-made. I've heard they do an awesome Jazz brunch on the weekend. I'd recommend Jack Rose as a dinner to people who live in the city but not visitors who have a short time as there would be so many other great places to try. The jazz Sunday brunch would be a good look for all though.

We had a great birthday celebration dinner tonight. Food was great with several options but not too many. Mile high pie for Dessert was amazing. Service was top notch but not over the top. Atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. Business casual attire was a nice touch! Will definitely be back!!

Started out not great. The hostess went out her way to seat us all the way in back by the servants section. Yes somehow sat everyone else of lighter hue in the front. Not a good feeling. The waiter changed the ambiance and was great, funny and engaging. The food was so delicious! The cocktails were awesome. Beautiful place. Maybe some training needed for the hostess or better yet get a new one.

Came here for a birthday dinner, the vibe was perfect. Food was great, lots of flavor! I had the scallops fettuccini, and it was a lighter dish than expected. The butterscotch pudding was a bit too sweet, though still very tasty!

We ate so well at Jack Rose. The crawfish cornbread was magnificent. The wait staff was exceptional. Our only mistake was not saving room for dessert.

My wife and I went to Jack Rose to celebrate my 79th birthday. We stayed at the Pontchartrain hotel. The experience was truly excellent. Our hostess (I believe her name was Ashley) knew about everything on the menu and made excellent recommendations. For example, she recommended the scallops, which my wife had, and I had the duck. The duck was excellent but the scallops were even better. Similar experience with the appetizer and dessert. Overall, this was perhaps the best meal of my life (and I have had quite a few). It was also a great perk to be able to just take the elevator to go to our bed.

The food was incredible, our favorite brunch experience in New Orleans! The fried chicken and waffles was divine and do not skip out on those potatoes, so well seasoned and addicting! If we ever find ourselves in Nola again, we’d be back for sure.

Gumbo was excellent as well as cauliflower soup . The foie gras was so difficult to get to in the tiny little jar that it was served in . The fish in bag was rather bland . The mile high pie was heavenly as usual. Service was very good.

Very romantic space with art everywhere. Our waiter was a great person and on his service game!! Started out at the bar downstairs and was pleased with the history lesson we got from our bartender Chelsea. We loved the food here, and will be back!!

Every time I come here it’s always a delightful experience. Dave Whitmore, the Chef puts on an excellent menu. Our server including the wine steward was exceptional. It was my guests first time there and he really enjoyed
