WE were greeted in a friendly manner and seated as scheduled. Our server was very helpful with reviewing the menu and offering suggestions.

I am from Louisiana and this is not even close to cajun creole New Orleans cooking. It is expensive for not even good cajun food. Disappointed.

I had a great time. I do think the dessert options could be better. New Orleans themed with no Beignets. But other than that, I like it!!!

The food and drinks were very good. The Caesar salad was the best we have ever had and we almost always have one when we go out to eat. My only complaint is that they seem to be adding charges that seem very petty! They charged us $6 for bread and we were charged for additional bernaise sauce besides what came with the dish my friend ordered. I don't think most restaurants would charge for these things. Certainly not a restaurant at this price point!

A bit disappointed on our first visit to Jack & Harry's. We sat at a table in the bar/lounge area--really odd situation with table chairs given the uneven flooring/difficult to pull up to the table or push back (take the booth seat if offered!). BBQ shrimp and crab beignet appetizers were very good. Each of us had a different steak. French onion steak and special steak dinner were ok and presentation was good. The ribeye was ordered medium was delivered rare. We sent it back and it was heated on same plate such that the butter was burned upon return--plate was not appealing. Really not acceptable fix and no follow up or check in on its status. Overall, love Snider Plaza and all of the new development but it is really hard to compete in Dallas as a steakhouse. Next time we will skip dinner and have drinks/appetizers at the cool bar!

Great new restaurant. The only issue is that there is steak and fish! They want you to eat fish because that is priced reasonably and the steaks are overpriced!

Greeters at door were friendly. Service was average. Food was average to below average. Ambiance was nice. Will not return.
