The food was amazing however the service was slow. We had a 7:45 reservation buy did receive our food until after 9:00. To their credit, the restaurant apologized and made it right by providing free desert.

This review is for the Mother's Day menu. The day prior I received a call informing me that my group should arrive on time and because they expected to be rushed during Mother's day. Day of, we got there on time. We were seated but it took 15 minutes for our server to offer us water (which they later charged us for but to be expected of this type of establishment). The establishment was not full as the prior call suggested, perhaps they expected walk-ins. When we ordered our drinks, one of the glasses was dirty and as such a cup of the (overpriced) bottle of wine we ordered was wasted. Our meal was 4 courses per person. My first course was the grilled ceasar salad, which was an interesting twist giving the romaine lettuce an enjoyable smokey kick. Music progressively became moderately loud, yet not overbearing. Second course was the lobster filled pimentos, which had a rich creole-like sauce, which I also enjoyed. By this point I was glad that we had ordered the albariño for it paired really well with my meals. Third course was the asparagus risotto with langoustines, clams and mussels. The risotto was rich and creamy, langoustines were cooked nicely done and still crisp. Clams and mussels seemed over done but the charredness added to the dish so I didn't really complain. However, the other party ordered a grilled chicken and to my eyes it seemed overdone, beyond charred, and dry. They did not complain so I didn't make a fuss of it. Dessert course was a sort of deconstructed pistachio mousse tart rebuilt on a cup. It was good but I was left with the desire of a good Graham cracker like crust. It was also not overly sweet, therefore I did not get the 'itis' afterwards. Ambiance is was nice during our visit but as I mentioned the music became moderately loud at certain points which made conversations a bit difficult. Overall it was a good experience with potential for improvement and I would return to try their regular menu.

Greetings, thank you for detailing your Mother's Day experience. While it is true that we were full at the time we called but, unfortunately many people still confirmed did not arrive at their reservation and others canceled 1 hour before, these are cases that happen because we trust the word of each diner, for which we do not charge a fee for cancellation or absence and therefore it is easier for the customer to cancel without weighing it in their pocket. For the rest, we apologize for if you felt uncomfortable because of the volume of the music, a lower volume has already been set, and the cup has already been called to the attention of the person in charge of shining it so that on your next visit it will be 5 stars. La comida esta muy buena, el complemento de las chuletas de cordero estaba salado, y muy tomatoso. La prestación de el plato de las chuletas de cordero no fue la mejor.
