We had a group of four and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. (we all had steak). Our waiter, Corey, did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely server Maggie. She was so well informed on the menu and basically made all the suggestions for us which we loved. Everything was delicious and the filet was prepared perfectly. We were very pleasantly surprised with our choice of this restaurant!!

Service was outstanding. Salmon was very good but steak was disappointing. It took them 3 tries to get my steak to a medium level. And then, the filet was disappointing and I question if it was really prime.

I brought my niece in for a quick bite before the Supernovas game. Our waiter, Ian, was great; very prompt to help us get to our event on time but never made us feel rushed. We had a burger and it really was very good. I’d definitely come back another quick bite and I’ve always enjoyed our more celebratory high end visits as well.

One of my guests and I requested our steaks at a medium temperature, both arrive VERY WELL DONE, the waitress very graciously took the steak backs and the kitchen fired new ones, but by the moment they arrived we had finished our sides. For how much you charge for your steaks we expected much better. left a good tip because the server did a great job given the circumstances. After paying well over $400 before tip for this experience I will not be coming back.

Mya was an excellent server! We frequent J Gilberts but don't get an app because 7 of the 10 apps are seafood/shellfish centric. It would be nice to see diversity in the app offerings.

My wife and I visited J. Gilbert’s on a trip to the east coast a few months ago. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stop on our way back west. Raven helped us, and did an amazing job guiding us through the menu and drink selection (lots of choices). J.Gilbert’s is now one of our favorites and is the #1 restaurant on our list to go to when in Omaha. Thanks!

Great food. Waiter was fine, but not the best we have had. Seemed to not pay as much attention to us as normal. We should have asked for a booth. I didn’t like sitting in the middle of the room.

Incredible Restaurant!!! I and my party arrived almost 30 minutes early as this was our first visit to this location. I'd been to the Virginia location perhaps a dozen times. We were greeted with a warm and friendly staff! And seated immediately. The Smoked Old Fashion was incredible!! I had the Oysters Rockafeller and then the Scallops.. OMG!! Talking 'melt in your mouth!!!". And the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc was perfect with the seafood!! All in all our waitress was perfect. Our service was perfect. Our food was perfect. And our alcohol was perfect!! I'd return in a heartbeat!!
