J&C Oyster is a seafood driven concept with a fusion of Asian ingredients and techniques. The visionary team behind the acclaimed Oaxaka, invites guests to indulge in an exciting unique addition to the South Florida dining scene.

Led by Chef Raheem Sealey, renowned for his culinary prowess at KYU, Zuma and Drinking Pig BBQ in Miami, and acclaimed Chef Monika Dominguez, celebrated for her culinary contributions to Zuma, KYU, Chug’s Diner, and Dale Street Food, J&C Oyster promises an unforgettable dining experience.

The 2,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor space is a testament to exquisite design, adorned in a palette of serene blue and crisp white, accented by opulent gold touches. Great experience! Food was 5/5 service was 5/5. Everything was outstanding. High quality restaurant that could fit in any neighborhood in south Florida. I highly recommend this spot whether it’s a date night or family night out. Restaurant fills quickly so I recommend making a reservation.

Might I recommend the Crab Curry, it was sublime. I had a few other dishes but the crab curry truly was the standout. Service was excellent, staff was super attentive. Definitely will come again.

Beautifully designed restaurant; blue & white throughout, very fresh summery feel. Everything we ate was excellent; Hamachi crudo, Confit tuna, Thai crab curry, Oxtail. It's wow food. I had a prosecco and a glass of rose, both excellent. I saw other tables ordering the fried chicken, which I'll try next time, along with other items. The only thing is I wish they had 1 or 2 fish entrees on the menu that were medium priced. I've seen other comments that C & J is pricy, which it is for Hollywood, but the quality and creativeness of the food is worth it. Nice hostess and very good service. Can't wait to go back. There's nothing currently in Hollywood that reaches this level of cuisine.

The 3rd time I've been to J&C Oyster and decided to try the Oxtail this time. Never had it before and WOW is all I can say. Their crispy fried chicken is the best!
