The intoxicating smell of freshly made tortillas and fire-roasted corn, being made throughout the day on the life-size wood-fired comal, welcomes diners into Itzam. Inspired by Mayan tradition but with a contemporary approach, Itzam’s menu is conscientiously focused on local products that are both sustainable and organic. One of our best meals in the area. A wonderful mix of Mexican inspired cuisine. Portion sizes were good - easily sharable for both the appetizers and main courses. Wonderful ambiance as well. Get there at six to enjoy late afternoon light and sunset - you will not be rushed. But be clear about the table location you want (outdoor or indoor) when you book to avoid disappointment. Would return!

El restaurante es increíble, a cargo de nuestro servicio estuvo Juan, un excelente anfitrión, con nosotros tuvo acercamiento Paola la Gerente del restaurante, la cual muy amablemente convivió con nosotros, La comida, bebidas, todo delicioso, Fue una excelente experiencia.

Didn’t know what to expect and we enjoyed it that much as we are going back again this week. We spoke to the chef who takes great pride in his restaurant. He won’t disappoint

Not as good as the other restaurants at the St Regis but just as expensive. So that wasn’t ideal. Good was good and of course the restaurant was pretty inside with a beautiful view just not great food.

We were not guests at Etereo but decided to come for Christmas dinner. When we booked it did not mention that it was a prix fixe meal. Definitely some sticker shock that dinner for four with a bottle of wine would be almost $900!! That said, the food was delicious and the service was wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful, open and airy, overlooking the ocean.

Overall fabulous experience at Itzam for brunch and their pop up bagels experience. Highly recommend.
