As per usual the staff were welcoming and friendly but professional. The service was very good and the food was excellent. This restaurant never disappoints.

Our food was excellent and our server very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet despite the bar behind the dining area. The drink selection was excellent and very strong in Scotland’s whiskies!

Didn’t get off to great start. Had to stand at bar for ten minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Only two waiters on duty . They were tending bar and serving meals. When we were finally seated, there was delay in getting menus and had to wait some time for meal. Opted for fish and chips and enjoyed our meal. Had originally intended going back the following night, as we were staying at Radisson. Slow service made us think again and we went elsewhere. More waiting staff and someone to greet customers as they arrived would have made our visit more enjoyable. I would recommend Itchycoo if service was improved.

I was at Raddison blu with my family. Hasn’t ever had anything off off itchycoo menu before but tried it and was delicious we then had some dessert after thanks to josh the chef! Had an amazing time and would definitely recommend and coke back to itchycoo bar and restaurant again.

The food is good with portions on the smaller side. Service was friendly but slow. There is no ambiance to speak of; the restaurant is fairly basic. It is overpriced for what it is.

Daughter and her partner had a pre proposal dinner which they really enjoyed and it started off their night in Edinburgh with the right tone.

Shocking service, food was awful. Staff behind the bar didn’t pay much attention to you so waited for ages on arrival before being served. It wasn’t even busy and there were a lot of staff just standing about chatting ignoring customers. The food was poor quality, ribs for starters which had no meat on them and had to be sent back. Chicken was dry and drenched in sauce to try and cover up that it had been over cooked. Will not be going back.

Service was great, but food very poor and overpriced for what was served. Meal was dry and not enjoyable. A very basic portion, would get same meal at witherspoon, cheaper and more enjoyable. Again can't fault the service. I wouldn't return.

Was not advertised as a restaurant as part of the hotel radisson, the restaurant was drowned out by the loud customers in the bar area. The services was completely fine however we ordered drinks 5 times as every item had ran out due to Christmas parties. The server was completely apologetic and can’t thank him enough but the situation wasn’t great especially when we just ordered cider/lager. To top off the evening the food came and sadly was not cooked, frozen chips with the fish and half cooked prawns for a starter. We were in and out within half an hour.

Staff were pleasant but one of the starters came out wrong and two of the main courses tasted awful. Fish was over cooked and inedible. Place was understaffed and once we got our food we never saw any of the staff again so left with piles of plates on the table and took a while to get the bill. The girl serving was extremely nice and I can only imagine having a nightmare of a day. Raddison should look at their staffing levels.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Very attentive and accommodating. Thank you. I had the beetroot and kale burger, slightly dry but still tasty. The rest of the group really enjoyed their food too.

Food was vastly over priced and menu is not as advertised on the menu. Very limited options for those with dietary needs. Staff were friendly and polite however so this is not at all a reflection on them. That said our experience was very very poor and we will not be returning ever again.

The food was great. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Justyna especially was super and organised a child’s portion for my daughter. I was disappointed there was no tip jar for the staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Prosecco Afternoon Tea at the Itchycoo Bar and Grill in the Radisson Blu Edinburgh. Staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. My friend felt unwell at the latter end of our afternoon and staff couldn’t have been more attentive in looking after us. Will most certainly be back.

We couldn’t go to the restaurant as it’s part of the Radisson Hotel and we weren’t guests there. Would have been nice for someone to email me to let me know this was the case?

Booked here as we were staying at the hotel. Staff were nice and food was ok. My husband ordered a steak and ask it to be cooked medium/well done. It was more medium rare
