Une expérience authentique à Raleigh ! Lorsque l'Irregardless a ouvert ses portes en 1975, il était réputé comme un lieu de rencontre des hippies et des végétariens. Dans les années 80, il a été le premier restaurant de Caroline du Nord à interdire de fumer. Aujourd'hui, le café est le plus ancien restaurant de Raleigh à avoir gardé son propriétaire d'origine. Il a beaucoup changé au fil des années, mais ses valeurs fondamentales sont restées les mêmes. Ses repas primés sont faits maison avec des ingrédients d'origine bio et locale. Restaurant gastronomique décontracté, l'Irregardless propose des viandes et des fruits de mer frais, ainsi que des plats végétariens, végétaliens et sans gluten, avec des ingrédients de source durable. Nous avons aussi une liste de vins uniques, des bières artisanales, des espressos, des cappuccinos et des sachets de thé avec 25 saveurs différentes. Des concerts sont également organisés tous les soirs. Nos nombreux musiciens jouent toutes sortes de musiques, du jazz en passant par le bluegrass. Ces groupes sont répertoriés sur notre site Internet. Les plus grands groupes jouent le samedi soir, idéal pour danser. Le café Irregardless est l'endroit où se rejoignent régulièrement les groupes d'amis pour souper.

I really enjoyed this restaurant for brunch. The ambiance was really good. There was a guitarist playing live music, but at a very low volume so i was able to Still have a conversation with others without yelling, but with great background music. Also, I had the salmon eggs Benedict, which was cooked well especially the English muffin which often at other establishments is burned and made difficult to cut. The scones in ahead of traditional rolls or bread are also a nice touch.

Irregardless is consistently good - both the food and the service. Once again we had an excellent wait person. She has served us before and she is wonderful. We had a great evening and everything we ordered was great.

What a great spot - so pleasant and sweet. Amazing food with a “just large enough” menu focused on fresh ingredients. The staff were so kind and lovely. Live music (talented vocalist w a guitar) was a very nice touch. Highly recommend.

First time back to Irregardless in a year. Surprised that early Saturday eve 6p was sooooo energetic and loud. BIG wkd with graduations and Mother's Day. Meanwhile, cocktails and Mushroom Vauduvan were excellent !! Thanks for having such a lovely vegetarian AND gluten free option. It's rare I can have a creative dinner that is so thoughtfully prepared. I will return sooner and not later. :)

Unfortunately really underwhelming. The reviews were so high and I was so excited! Decor and indoor vibe is not what I would expect, but it wasn’t terrible - nothing to write home about. Our hostess, server, and other attendants were just there… working. Our hostess just walked us to seat, no conversation or discussion of the restaurant. Our server lost her voice - understandable but no one else came to talk and check in on us. I got the chicken dish - it was a whole chicken. Flavors were different - unique, almost like a curry but not. Apples were good. Portion was unexpectedly large but actual chicken was meh. My boyfriend got the steak. We think it was sous vide but they didn’t do it well. It tasted bland. Watermelon feta was good and refreshing - hard to go wrong there. Overall, underwhelming for a birthday dinner.

Our meal was phenomenal. One of the best meals of my life. We ordered the spinach dip, mushroom vandouvan, spanakopita, brussels sprouts, and chocolate mousse cake. Every bite was amazing. The mushroom dish was especially decadent and I was delighted to see that it was vegan. We are trying to eat more plant-based meals, so we booked our anniversary dinner here and I am beyond glad that we did. We will certainly be back. 10/10 highly recommend.

Graduation dinner for my daughter. Made reservations for 8, had one more able to come, and somehow Irregardless got all nine of us around one of their rounds comfortably. All the food was great, everyone loved it.

Service was not great which made the 20% mandatory tip for groups larger than 6 unfair. Food was good. Having great service would’ve assured a future visit.

No place like it. Something for everyone. Healthy and real—fish and meat dishes but plenty for vegetarians and gluten free/dairy free without having to modify. Great atmosphere, live entertainment, energetic and gracious.

Nice place, food portions for the price was not great but the food tasted ok. The noise level is very loud, we couldn’t even hear the guy playing guitar 30 ‘ away. Over all it’s worth checking out and make your own opinion!!!

I've visited Irregardless several times when visiting family in NC and it's better every time. Fresh, delicious food and outstanding service! Went for my mom's 70th birthday yesterday and couldn't have imagined a better celebration 😊

This place was absolutely PERFECTION! The service, food and ambiance was epic!!!!!! My server made sure we all got everything we wanted as far as drinks. Just an awesome brunch overall

We have been here many times. It use to be our go to place, since being sold to new owners the menu is not as good as it was with the original owners. Please bring back the hummus platter! Server was just okay, when she came to our table she was in a hurry to move on. Not sure we will return which is sad, because it use to be a favorite of ours.

This is my new favorite restaurant. The food is amazing, with lots of vegetarian options. Everyone was super nice, and the vibe was good. We enjoyed the live music too. The salmon was amazing, as was the side salad. I actually didn't know that a simple side salad could be so delicious. Thank you!

I have been going to Irregardless for many years (under different ownership) and I looked forward to returning. I was disappointed, the service was very slow, the room was noisy and the food options were not great. The most annoying issue was that the kitchen would make no adjustments to my allergy to onion. The waitress asked the chef and came back to tell me that there was only one item on the menu that they could remove the onions from. I understand that it can be difficult to accomodate but a simple butter and lemon or olive oil and garlic sauce can surely be prepared quickly for any dish. They can do better.
