Forgot to bring out the food. And an hour later right before I left they said they put in an order and can give the sandwich for a discount. Then my friend had a talk with them and got the sandwich for free

Open Table showed open and available seating for the date/time selected. I was hosting a party of 9 for out-of-town co-workers. Upon arriving, the host/hostess was not available. I waited 10 minutes and then hunted down a server. We were provided a table after some discussion. There appeared to be live music and a larger party of other business professionals. As I sat with part of my party, awaiting the others to arrive, a different server came to me and advised us "you can't be here. we are closed." The tone was flat and that of "why are you here; you should have known better". Seems to me if a business rents out their entire restaurant for a private event, they would NOT allow online table scheduling AND have signage on the entry/exit doors for other patrons to be aware. Under no circumstances will I nor my co-workers be returning after the rude experience of abruptly being told we can't be there, instead of a different delivery.

The staff were very friendly, but the food was truly terrible. The only thing worth eating was the appetizer pretzel. Everything else was all but inedible. Staff were kind and friendly.

The cheesesteak egg rolls are a must try. The mule was good as well. Pretty good date night spot.

Overall the food was pretty good. The nachos we ordered were a good size for an app. The bleak bean burger was very dry and I probably wouldn’t get again. Our server was very upbeat and nice, however towards the end of our meal he was no where to be found. Another perk of eating at this location is the easy and free parking in the deck

I loved the ambience! Very easy to book a reservation and get seated. No ridiculous fees, easy to pay separate checks/tabs, hassle-free parking!

I had my son’s 18th Birthday dinner party at Iron Hill & everything from the food to the staff was immaculate! The manager Mathew was overly accommodating & very helpful despite how large our party was. Overall great experience!

I went here with a group of friends for work and everyone’s meal was either incorrect and or over cooked/undercooked

Review is about this visit. Made a reservation and went on a Sunday evening for some food beers and football watching. On arrival the place was basically empty, and we were told there was only one server so expect a 30 minute wait. So we left. Food and value stars are based on prior visits, obviously this one gets a Ero. I'm a club member and enjoy the beers at Iron Hill, but they make it difficult to come to this location. If they don't want it to succeed, just close up shop. Otherwise please hire staff. This has been an issue at this location for years.
