Loved the food! Mussels were plentiful in a pot with a lid to keep them warm as you eat! The broth was amazing! Lobster tacos were delicious! The bao buns-yum!! What a great find! Soooo good! Can’t wait to go back!

We have been to Industry Kitchen many times and we like the food and location. But there were a few things that annoyed me last night. I made a simple request to make my pizza half margarita and half another kind on the menu. Every pizza place I’ve been to is able to do this, but the chef refused. “We can’t do that” they said. Why not if that’s what the customer wants? So I had to change my request and ask for ricotta cheese as a topping on my margarita. I got about a teaspoon of ricotta per slice, so skimpy, and was charged extra for that. In terms of comfort, it got very chilly when the sun went down, and there were no heat lamps. I was so cold I couldn’t wait to get the check and leave. I understand this place is more expensive because of the ambiance of sitting near the water and it is NYC, but all my son and I ordered were two personal pizzas, and a glass of mocktail punch for him (I drank water), and the bill was $77. A bit outrageous, especially since I was uncomfortably cold and couldn’t get what I wanted. We go occasionally because it’s a great view of the harbor and the food tastes good, but there is definitely room for improvement. The chef needs to be less rigid and stingy, and they should invest in some heat lamps to make customers more comfortable while enjoying the view, or at least leave their igloos up until the end of May.

It was ok. Food was just fine. Very pricey. A bit of a tourist trap for sure given location. Limited menu. No burgers or wings. Service super friendly.

This was a last minute reservation we booked maybe 2 hours before going. One of us had gone already but it was first time for the rest of us. They accommodated us even though we were late to our original reservation so we were happy about that. The igloos are such good vibe if you’re with friends, yes they will be going towards the warmer weather but for now if you can get one they are great. Ryan our server was excellent !!! He was so incredibly patient explaining everything to us and reassured me about a dish I wasn’t sure if I was going to like but I ended up loving it. He was also super friendly and funny and checked in on us without being too much at the table. The food was also excellent, everything presentation, taste was worth the money. We loved everything we had and the dessert tower was a great ending for any reservations that are a large group or multiple people. Definitely will be back for sure ! If you go ask for Ryan !!

My cousin and I had dinner here last night and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. We sat outside in one of the cute huts (heated and so comfortable) with a beautiful view of the Hudson River. We ordered the grilled Atlantic salmon and the fattoush salad with salmon. My cousin and I ended up swapping our meals in the middle and suffice it to say, we both thoroughly enjoyed both entrees. My salmon was cooked to perfection (I like it rare). I also ordered a Downeast Cider which was delish! I was greeted by Ishaeb when I arrived who was so chill and welcoming. Ditto re: Salesta too. Our server Merlin was outstanding - attentive, efficient and friendly. Kudos to the hiring manager! I highly recommend Industry Kitchen. The food was delicious, the ambiance was perfect and the service was fantastic. The staff really epitomize what exemplary customer service is all about!

Great destination for a work lunch that also served as a celebration for a departing colleague. Attentive service; great food. Even though we arrived early they were able to eat us nearly immediately.

While my dinner would not be a big check, more attentive service would have been nice. I drink a lot of ice tea when I go to dine out. Straw was too short for the glass it was served in and I was charged for a refill. Staff were very pleasant. It can be loud later in the evening, but I went early enough that the noise level was low. The gnocchi was delicious!

We went for restaurant week and all the food was amazing and a great value. We sat in one of the igloos and loved it, it’s private and great for a date night and the water views were beautiful! Our waiter Eddy was also wonderful :)

As it was a stormy Tuesday night the restaurant was relatively empty when I got there but also the waitstaff numbers had been impacted by the weather. Wouldn't have known it at all...everyone was welcoming and warm...after a very long day of travel was thrilled to tuck into some non-airport food that was delivered quickly and was delicous...the wine helped too.

Just very good but at a restaurant like that I would expect glass made of glass and not plastic. Food was very delicious. Service was good

The outdoor seating in the igloos was absolutely wonderful and so was our service. Our server was attentive and the service was speedy. We had the lamb lollipops and the tuna nachos. Both were okay. It’s a great place for a drink and appetizer with a view.

We had the best experience. Our table took a bit longer than anticipated and they took such good care of us. It was such a fun place, our food was awesome, and everyone was incredibly kind and professional. 1000% will go back next time we are in town!

I've been going to Industry Kitchen for years. It's now my go to place for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners when my family is out of town. Great place to bring dates for a drink at sunset.

Really nice quick eat spot, we sat in igloos outside and it was a lovely experience. The food is nice, not something I’d say you absolutely need to eat there but still good food. Price is reasonable also. The staff were really nice and helpful
