Featured in Food & Wine Magazine, The Wine Enthusiast, and Tampa Bay Times, In Between Days is Florida's first craft sake house and Tokyo-style listening bar. Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier Noah Sain. Inspired by the underground listening bars of Tokyo, our little house is warmed by intimate lighting and analog sounds sent through a pair of Klipsch Cornwalls. Oil lanterns cascade amber light while sake is poured into eager glasses. We play full sides. Our sake is chilled. Our oysters are served in the classic French style. It’s not Tokyo, but it’s close.

With an ever-rotating menu of sake, sake cocktails, and tasty plates, In Between Days offers a truly unique experience in the Tampa Bay area. Just off the hustle of Central Ave.

Join us for our monthly Sake Club hosted by our in-house sake sommelier, Noah Sain. This will be a one hour event from 5pm-6pm on Thursday, May 30th. (Note: The Sake Club usually meets every 3rd Thursday, this month is an exception.) You will taste three different Japanese sakes, and learn about the craft of making sake. This is an opportunity to take a deep dive into sake and discover what makes this drink so delicious! This will be a casual tasting and a perfect opportunity to ask questions, share opinions, and learn more about sake, how it's made, and the people who make it! No food will be served during the tasting, however our kitchen opens at 6pm.

Very limited food menu, but food was great. - shortrib gyoza was delicious! Coctails were great. No individual plates were served if you are sharing dishes which was inconvinient.

In between days is definitely a unique experience. The music, vibe and overall aesthetic are so unique. We tried a few different sakes, but we were most impressed by the food! The scallops, oysters, salmon crudo and gyoza were all fantastic! Would highly recommend. The server mentioned they change their menu often so looking forward to coming back and trying new things!

Adorable place. The cocktails were very well balanced and expertly done. Had the short rib gyoza, ramen and scallops all of which were thoughtful, well seasoned and presented beautifully. Would highly recommend.

Food was amazing! They forgot to mention the ramen had peanuts and my date has a peanut allergy and had an allergic reaction. The sake was great and the server had great recommendations for it.

You will be hard-pressed to find an experience as unique, gratifying, and personal as this place. I am a fan of everything here. If you’re familiar with Austin, Texas, or Wicker Park in Chicago, and like that sort of thing, this is your place.

Always a pleasure to dine here. Enjoyed the gyoza, which was delicious and hearty and a wonderful panna cotta for dessert along with my sake.

What a romantic, sexy little spot! Perfect for a date with your Honey. I’m a stickler for sexy lighting and this place nailed it! The music was eclectic and volume perfect for talking. Cocktails were delish and the shrimp and polenta dish was to die for. I almost don’t want to rave about this place as I don’t want it to lose its’ clandestine appeal. It’s impossible not love this little gem!

One of my favorite spots in St Pete. Great music and vibe in an amazing space. Perfect for date night to grab crafted cocktails and small bites with excellent service. We love In Between Days.

I never write reviews but In Between Days deserves it. This is such a special restaurant and I truly could talk about it for a while. Food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is cozy & warm - stop reading reviews and just book.

Overall we had not great service, which was disappointing because we love this place and drove 4 hours specifically to come back here. Unfortunately I think our waiter had an “a ha” moment seeing us after we sat for over 30 minutes with no drinks and no food order placed. Our 14 dollar cocktails were watered down from sitting and the food was not the experience we had before.

I really wanted to love this place because the ambiance is spot on, so beautiful! The issue was the sake drinks were terrible and we ordered the hamachi sashimi and they dumped oil all over it - so it tasted like oily fish rather that light crisp delicious hamachi sashimi. If this place could get a liquor license and have other cocktails then I’d consider coming back but the one food item we ordered was terrible and it’s really hard to mess up sashimi. I wish this business well and hope it improves to maybe try it again

Limited for non seafood options however it is a Japanese restaurant so don’t fault them for that. Service and cocktails were 10/10

Cute bar/restaurant inside an old house. Parking was an issue. Large selection of drinks, minimal food menu. The music is excellent, but very loud, making conversation difficult. There were a few young adults kissing and humping in the front area which is vastly inappropriate. The food was marginal at best. My entree was plentiful, while my dining companion's was basically an appetizer. Disappointed.

I felt as if I was invited over someone’s home for dinner. The ambiance was intimate and welcoming from the start. We had crawfish and grits and it was more than we imagined. It was well seasoned and the presentation was icing on the cake. For drinks I had the tamagawa 'red label' sake and the ube colada. Both were great choices. I’m looking forward to eating here again real soon!

This was my first time there after my son recommending I go there. It was beyond perfect in every aspect! Oysters were lovely, the salmon special superb, and the cocktails divine! Already told another friend I have to take her there to experience the vibe.

If you're just up for a small bite and saki in a great setting, it's perfect. If you're hungry for food, options are limited even more than before. The food is delicious but I'd appreciate a few more choices.
