Great food and even better staff. Benny does a fabulous job of keeping everyone happy. Great experience will for sure be back.

Fabulous eggplant parmigiana…perfectly cooked and light appetizer. The chicken martini is fabulous and hits the spot every time!

The food is phenomenal. The service is impeccable. And the waiters and staff are extremely attentive. They are always doing their very best to make sure your eating experience is great. I especially like that decorative sound panels were installed on the walls. It is perfect now for the acoustics in the restaurant. It use to be a little difficult hearing when there were multiple tables that were occupied but not anymore.

I’m absolutely amazed by the very first moment I entered in this restaurant, such warm welcoming friendly staff let alone speaking for the food which was phenomenal . I recommend to try the ceaser salad and the Cacio Pepe 100% . Definitely my and my family will be back to this warm ambience.

Always a great dining experience at Il Tinello! The tuna tartare special is esquisite, so fresh and flavorful. The table side Cacio e pepe is like none other I’ve had. The waiters and the rest of the staff are friendly and wonderful!

Great food and I really liked the ambience but it is a little cramped. The service was good, but not great. It felt rushed and they messed up our order and when I said my price range for wine was $100-$150 the waiter quickly chose a $160 bottle despite there being many on the menu in my range. Small things but nonetheless…good not great. The food was fantastic.

Service was exceptional. You are greeted with a lovely piece of bruschetta baskets of bread and homemade caponata as well as two long hot peppers. Food was delightful. Order the table side Caesar salad. It was so delicious as well as grilled whole branzino filleted tablesid Only complaint was 12.50 charge for bottle of Pellegrino. Other than that it is NYC. Just a five minute walk from Grand Central

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience dining at Il Tinello. The food was OMG amazing, portion size out of control and attentiveness by the service staff was beyond compare. Bennie and his team make every customer feel like the most important person in the restaurant. I cannot recommend this place high enough. I wish I could give it 10 stars.
