As expected for a tourist area. Nice building and neat ceilings. Crowded and loud noise. Food was good, smaller portions than average restaurant experience. Tables close together.

Waiters and waitresses need to have better attitude it felt like they were working by force not happy not friendly… we were rushed to place order. Most if the things we asked and wanted to order we were told not available anymore!!!! Menu needed to be updated. We booked based on the menu on the open table app but none of them were on the actual menu 🙄🙄🙄🙄 horrible service to a point we wanted to leave before even placing the drink order!!!

I have a "bad" review for this restaurant. But; I commend our server, she was great! My complaints are multiple and focused on the facility. First, it is not fair or accurate to describe this facility as located "in the Venetian." It's merely one of dozens and dozens of small eating facilities in the canal shops. To make matters worse, this restaurant is merely the evening activity of a small pastry shop of a totally different name not listed on your OpenTable reservation. THERE IS NO SIGNAGE OR MAP FOR THE ACTUAL RESTAURANT you are reserving in OpenTable as "Il Restaurante". As a result, after over 15 minutes of searching for the name and the location of "Il Restaurante", I had to call several times and overcome the noise and banter of the background canal activity to determine the location and "real" signage for the facility. Second, I saw none of the "elegant interior, adorned with soft lighting, stylish decor, and subtle hues, set[ing] the stage for an intimate and memorable dining experience" described in the OpenTable summary. The pictures of quaint, semi-private tables are deceiving. Instead, prepare for eating in the clamor and noise of the outdoor, public area of the canal. Apparently, to reserve the "elegant interior decor," you have to call separately for "private dining" reservations. Third, because the principal activity at this place is a pastry shop, the "outdoor" tables are tiny, and not large enough to effectively serve two evening diners. None of the OpenTable pictures show the "regular" ground floor public dining facilities you are reserving with OpenTable. I won't be back, and caution diners looking for a quaint, quiet Italian restaurant to look elsewhere.

Hello I have been to many Italian restaurants and I am not a person who does reviews but for this restaurant ITS A MUST. I had the Caccio E Pepe pasta out of this world I have never ever finished an entire plate of pasta. Not joking it was so creamy and cheesy I probably will fly out to Vegas just to have that again! Drinks were also amazing and the appetizers 10/10!!!

It was fine. Pasta was good. Ordered a glass of Pino Grigio and loved it. Ordered a second glass and it tasted different. The server just told me they ran out of first brand and switched to different brand without asking/informing me. And then made me keep it even though I didn’t like it. Once again it was fine but not great.

Had no idea coming to the restaurant if it was going to be good or not but we loved it!! The Venetian is so pretty inside, we loved the atmosphere! The wait staff was great, very attentive and accommodations. Probably the best lasagna and bolognese we ever had. The truffle burrata appetizer was incredible as well! I definitely recommend and will go back! Everyone was happy, brought the whole family!

I had way higher expectations of this restaurant food was not what I expected at all service was horrible got the wrong order and had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get the correct dish. waiter seemed very bothered when I told her it was the wrong order rarely checked on us for water or anything else.

Small bakery in a corner of Plaza in a Venetian resort . Breathtaking croissant and a cup of coffee just made my afternoon that day. You can not wish for something more when you bite an almond croissant. Life is great!!! Highly recommend for a quick stop and breathtaking bakery .

Looked like a cute place to eat but boy was I disappointed. The food was very salty and over priced for what you get. Biggest pet peeve was having to walk halfway across the mall to find a restroom in the middle of dinner. They do not have a restroom on premise and it’s so inconvenient to walk that far and come back to your meal waiting and cold. Will not return

This place is awesome! The atmosphere is super welcoming, perfect for chilling out. The staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful, and really welcoming. We enjoyed a plate of paccheri!😋 They were tasty and well-made. Definitely recommended.

First the location on a map is called Zeppola Cafe. The food was okay but nothing to write home about. Several menu items were not available. Pizza is one example as we were told they were working on repairs to their pizza oven. The staff was also short so it looked like one person was serving around 10 table. The staff was nice. A better description of the location would be helpful to include the fact it is inside the Venetian in the St. Marks Square.

Da italiani possiamo confermare che le brioche sono buone e leggere nonostante le dimensioni! Il caffè è kimbo per cui è molto simile al nostro! Ambiente tranquillo molto pulito con personale gentile e accogliente! Due brioche un caffè au lait è un espresso circa 16 dollari! Personalmente per la zona è la qualità pensa sia un prezzo molto onesto!

This place is a must visit when in Las Vegas! Located in the Canal Shoppes in the Venetian, it provided beautiful view to enjoy my morning coffee and breakfast. I got a tiramisu latte topped with marscapone and cocoa just like the dessert, and a pistachio croissant. It is more expensive than an outside cafe, but definitely worth a visit, since I’m in Vegas after all!

1. Tell people where you are!! We walked around Venetian for almost 40 minutes and no one seemed to know where it was. 2. This is not a true “sit down” restaurant. It’s a bakery that also serves some brunch items. You go to a counter and place your order. 3. “Outside” dining means outside the restaurant…..not outside. 4. Food was fine. Baked goods all rather dry.

Actually the service and food was really good. However, i was at a trade show and all day and did some research online for a casual Italian restaurant that was not necessarily “main stream” and was looking forward to this dinner. HOWEVER, in my 25 years of traveling to Las Vegas this was the first time I came across a restaurant that didn’t serve any type of alcohol. Yes, I can enjoy a meal without a “drink” but the fact that you could not get just a glass of wine with your Italian dinner???? Come on!! The ownership group really missed that. i understand that not everyone drinks, but come on……we are in Vegas. Taco Bell even serves alcohol.

Was greeted at the entrance and was shown to a table that was clean and was ready. Server came quick and everything was quick. Food was really good.
