Il Pesce is a walk-in only restaurant that offers a true counter-to-table experience - we cook what we sell, and we sell what we cook. Our chefs will be serving the same fish you see at our fishmonger counter! All our seafood is responsibly sourced by suppliers who help ensure that our seafood is caught in ways that consider the long term vitality of the species and the ocean.

Great food. We went for dinner and we enjoyed every meal. Its a little bit noisy because of “market” designed. Love it!

Good food. Friendly service. Conscientious host who oversaw the space. The restaurant is indeed part of a much larger space, so there wasn’t really any ambience.

The food and the service were very good. The arancini and the calamari were fresh, well-prepared and presented. The branzino was also fresh, well-prepared and presented. The ambiance was loud and crowded, as expected in a counter-to-table location. The service was professional, from the management, who helped us with the reservation, to the waiters, who were attentive and efficient with our preferences and requests. I thank them all for their attentive and prompt service, and the management, in particular, for their help with our reservation.

Awesome as always. We wish they had the whole calamari grilled like they had years ago. Now it’s the standard rings. Still great but not the same.

We’ve been regulars here since the opening, and unfortunately food quality is now declining as Eataly continues to grow. The pasta with clams contained only a few miniscule pieces of clams with no clam flavor at all and large noodles that resulted in a smaller and less satisfying overall portion; the pasta with broccoli rabe similarly contained a few tiny pieces of chopped broccoli rabe and almost no anchovy flavor at all.

Cibo non all’altezza del nome Italia, per chi si propone come un pezzo di Italia all’estero il gusto è la preparazione, non sono neanche lontane parenti di quelle originali. Senza dubbio apprezzato dagli stranieri, di sicuro deludente per gli Italiani.

Good was great. I had the cod and my partner the salmon. Both cooked perfectly and with beautiful presentation. Side dish of mushrooms was on point.

Everything we ate was delicious!! Insalata di Mare, Calamari and Branzino - we’d order them all again. Nothing was over seasoned. Bread with olive oil is worth it! Tasty Bergamot Cocktails. Servers were very polite and accommodating.

It was nice and appropriate for what it is, but nothing to be wowed over. Don’t get me wrong - I would go back, but it’s not a “must” for me in a city with so many options.

Location in the middle of a supermarket can be noisy at times also not much space for a business meeting and not ideal for a business meeting
