service was extremely slow for father's day lunch...like over 2.5 hours. appetizer potions were small. prices were very high.

warm friendly greeting upon arrival. Seated even though entire party was not there. Waitress arrived shortly after introduced herself by name and offered water and beverages. The beet salad and tuna tartare as appetizers are a must. The cesar salad was disappointing- small romaine heart not cut with sprinkle of dressing. Not at all interesting or tasty. The bucatini was amazing as was the special chilean sea bass. It was perfectly prepared with just the right amount of incredible sauce drizzled around it . The branzino served over sautéed spinach was mild tasting and very good. The martinis were served in chilled beauty glasses. The pino noire was a wonderful addition to the meal for all. No room for desert. It is a wonderful pretty environment, great staff and wonderful food. Highly suggest it. Enjoy

No Sunday dinner - beware the bait and switch . Made a res specifically for the Sunday dinner which I needed to confirm as part of the reservation and is still advertised on the website for a birthday with a friend . We met at the bar and decided to order and open a bottle of wine at the bar and take it with us when we were seated . At the table we were informed that they changed their menu and would not honor the advertised pre- fix though everything appeared to still be on the menu but we could order separately for twice the money …we are already over a hundred in with the bar bill ( which they asked us to close out before sitting though we were only halfway finished - maybe they knew we might walk ?) We were feeling pretty uncomfortable at this point. A waiter then came and inquired about the birthday - so they clearly looked at the res which included the Sunday menu info and a phone number . We finished the wine and they, gave us a free tiramisu ( a dessert though we had had no food — ridiculous) and we left Seems wrong on so many levels . Maybe that is why they were empty while everyplace nearby seemed packed . A shame il mulino was always a good place in the past . The dessert was delicious but we won’t be back and the birthday was a bit of a bust . Still offering the special on the website so be warned .

Very disappointed. Not anything like it was in the past. Service was awful. You can find much better for your money . I was a long standing customer and will not be returning. Sad.

Loved our recent early dinner at Il Mulino Prime. My husband and I love to split things (highly recommend the specials: crab/shrimp stuffed zucchini blossoms, the heirloom tomato salad and the Sea Bass) and they accommodated us beautifully even bringing gratis digestifs to accompany our tiramisu. Personal, kind, attentive service--we'll be back!

A portion of my party was twenty minutes late and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Wonderful meal, great wine selections, intimate but not cramped. Would go back in a heart beat.
