                                                                    Although our waitress seemed to try hard, but after we ordered our food, it took an hour before our entree was served. Our bar drinks were not cold as they should have been. The fried shrimp was overcooked, hard, with little or no flavor. They tasted as if they were cooked in old cooking oil leaving a bad after taste. We ate less than half of them and did not take any home. The salad was good. The air conditioning was not working so it was quite warm and uncomfortable. It is quite doubtful we will ever go back. BTW we are locals and not tourists so we know what fried shrimp is supposed to taste like. This was the worst fried shrimp we have ever had in Louisiana.

                                                                    The server took one person’s order only, then left. 20 minutes later she finally returned, and the other 3 guests got to order. One the first guest got their food. The other 3 had nothing after an hour. No silverware for guest one to eat with. We ended up canceling our order and left.

                                                                    Probably the worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Took over 45 min to see a waitress after we were seated. Food was terrible. The manager basically had to take 5 entrees off the bill. Our experience was so bad, 2 tables near us, got up and left so as to not experience the same thing. Horrible experience from the moment we walked in door.

                                                                    While in NOLA for a conference, I selected Iberville Cuisine for a business dinner with my colleagues, and we were all unimpressed. We started with appetizers of boudin balls that were mushy and chargrilled oysters that came out luke warm at best. Both were okay, but not even close to their nearby competitors. Similarly, the group thought their entrees were okay, but not as good as similar entrees order at other nearby restaurants. Will not likely select Iberville Cuisine for another business meal.

                                                                    The food was good but the service was terrible. We were told to sit anywhere then it took 10 minutes to be greeted by a waitress and receive menus. The waitress didn’t know simple questions about the menu items. We had to wait almost another 10 minutes for utensils after our food came. Two people at our table got their food way before the other two. If they would have received their utensils they probably would have finished their plates before the other two received anything. No, it was not busy when we arrived. Only three tables were seated. Overall, not a good experience.

                                                                    The hospitality of everyone working at this restaurant was awesome. The Chef greeted us and explained his passion for the menu he has created. The food was delicious 💕⚜️

                                                                    Iberville was a cool spot! The fried catfish and shrimp were good. The jumbo was regular. The fried oysters were iffy. The alcohol was on point! The bartenders were very generous. Ty was a really good bartender! Also, the owner with the bad shirt was all over the place, a little overbearing.

                                                                    We had reservations, came in a few minutes early and we had to go to the back to find a hostess. Took 25 minutes for us to get menus and order drinks. 2/3 of our entrees were good, but service was beyond poor. I really hope this was a staffing issue because the location is great, the restaurant is very neat on the inside and the food was good.

                                                                    My favorite meal of our trip was the shrimp Alfredo! Their house salad was fresh and crisp too. They had 3 new servers but they were sweet and attentive. Chef walked around too and we were able to compliment him. The dessert cake was fantastic!
