It’s simple really, our calling card is sustainable Scottish seafood.

Our name comes from the Gaelic word for fish. It’s a wee bit tricky to pronounce, but it’s no bother if guests don’t get it quite right. With delicious fresh produce served by our very own Head Chef, Sean Currie, you'll feel the energy in the way we go about things – our warm welcome, enthusiasm for what we do, and, of course, a splash of Glaswegian banter.

Serving sustainable Scottish seafood is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why £1 on every bill goes to The Firth Forth Lobster Hatchery, who hatch, rear and release lobsters to ensure stocks remain plentiful for future generations. Sea more on Instagram: @lobsterhatchery

Really enjoyed this experience. Food was delicious and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurant and we were very glad we chose it.

Dined at Iasg for our last dinner on Scotland. Had the ‘fruits of Iasg’ platter and all dishes were excellent. Especially enjoyed the soft shell crab. Staff were very helpful and enjoyed the ambiance.

We had a choice between here and Ox & Finch we should have eaten at O&F in fact with the exception of the oysters Mother’s Day lunch would have been better at Mac Donald’s than here. We of course won’t be returning, at a cost of £311 the value was poor and if that is the best this chef can produce he should become a student of Dick Turpin. A very disappointed family😔😔😔

This restaurant has a great combination of excellent service and wonderful food From the moment you arrive, the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. Nothing is too much trouble When the food arrives you realize that you are not in an “ordinary” eatery. Everything is first class. The produce, the cooking and the presentation. A memorable evening and I highly recommend it

Don't book on a Saturday night if you don't like loud music. Excellent food and on my visit one really good member of staff, the rest aimed for mediocrity and missed. Time from finishing main course and staff coming to clear table 30 minutes despite me trying to gain their attention.

Food was beautiful, highly recommend the duck main! But our overall experience was great due to our server Finlay, he was so friendly and a really genuinely nice person. Will definitely be back and recommend.

Food took a while despite restaurant being very quiet and we only ordered one main dish and a side. Food must've been left on the pass a while as got cold rather quickly. Poor value for money for what we ordered.

Had a great time! We were there enjoying a friends engagement! The server (sorry couldn’t recall his name!) was outstanding, catered to our needs, and kindly accommodated and pointed out the Halal options.
