HYUN offers the first wagyu omakase using whole cattle in the states. Beyond the beef grading system focused on marbling, We serve the best wagyu that meets the HYUN's standards over 30 different cuts based on each's specific taste and shape. We are not just serving good food, you are going to have a new experience of dining and another level of Korean Culture.

Menu

Daily special cuts selected by the chef 8 - 10 cuts + encore $130. Daily special cuts selected by the chef 15+ cuts with marinated wagyu + encore $165. A meal consisting of various Japanese A5 wagyu cuts selected by the chef. The prix fixe Japanese A5 wagyu courses which include encore part. All You Can Eat Japanese A5 wagyu. Seating time: 90-minute time limit starts with the first order. Last order should be made before 20 mins before the end of seating time. All of the party must be present to be seated. Entire party must order the same option. No take-out on any leftover meat. Any meat leftover will result in additional charge of $25 per person. The serving cuts depend on the supply for the day. Cuts cannot be chosen

                Def one of the best Korean BBQ experiences i've ever had in my life... the meat quality and the way the servers prepare the food were spot on. My only issue was the side service (i.e. water and replacement side dishes) came a bit slow... took them 15 mins to get me a beer and they didn't replace our side dishes with what we requested and had to ask multiple times... at any other establishment I wouldn't think anything of it but being such a high standard restaurant i'd expect a little bit more attentiveness to those minor details... Staff was still very friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

                Best Korean BBQ in town! I’ve been to Hyun a few times and the service is excellent. The staff remembers me and makes me feel like I’m apart of the family. Must try!!

                This is my second time coming here. The first time was phenomenal. Thjs time I noticed things that maybe I didn’t notice last time. It’s been since before COVID that I was last here. For one thing, why is a bottle of sparkling and still water $12 each. We ordered 4. Why is a bowl of rice $4 each. We ordered 8. That’s nickel and diming at its finest. We spent almost $100 on just rice and water!! We spent over $1000 on dinner and we can’t get a bowl of rice without a charge? To be fair we didn’t ask if it was included and they didn’t tell us either that there was a fee. Also, the service felt purposely slow in between the different servings of wagyu. Almost so they could keep us from eating too fast or ordering more at the end, I don’t know. The server is the same server I had last time and he was very good. The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance was lovely. The food was delicious. I’m taking a star off because the nickel and diming is ridiculous.

                Hyun was absolutely amazing! Without a doubt the best meal we have ever had!! The staff was amazing and the bartender made us his signature drink which was SO GOOD! I highly recommend this restaurant!
