In the heart of Colonia Juarez, Husman Bistro stands as an oasis of flavor and style. This charming restaurant, located at Calle Praga #29, offers a gastronomic experience that combines the best of European cuisine, with a special French and Scandinavian touch, in a cozy and modern environment. Its interior design, marked by neon lights and immersive music, creates the perfect atmosphere to enjoy an unforgettable meal, whether on a romantic date, a meeting between friends, a special occasion or a business meeting. With a capacity for 30 people and an additional terrace for 20, Husman Bistro is spread over three floors, offering an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Excelente ambiente, atención y atmósfera. La comida exquisita. Definitivamente volveremos para probar el menú completo. Excelente selección de vinos y la coctelería TOP. Nuestro favorito fue el pollo rostizado con hongos. Y definitivamente deben de probar la tarta de plátano. La atención por parte del personal fue excepcional. Siempre nos sentimos bien atendidos y jamás sentimos presión o prisa por completar nuestro servicio. Definitivamente un MUST para regresar y probar los menús especiales de temporada.

Me encantó la vibra! La comida se veía muy buena pero justo dos platos que queríamos no estaban disponibles. Nos quedamos con ganas de probarlos así que regresaremos. Las bebidas clásicas con un twist moderno. Rico y recomendable!

Great decor, great vibe and the menu is amazing. However, although the menu is small and we were there at an early sitting, a couple of our choices were unavailable, which was quite disappointing. The wine list is good, but our initial choice was bit available. However, everything we selected was beautifully prepared, perfectly cooked and utterly delicious. One of the best meals we ate in Mexico City.

La comida, simplemente deliciosa. La salsitaaaa de los camarones! Por dios! Jaja aún sonrío de recordarla. Me encanta siempre dejarme sorprender, así que pedí un cocktail y llegó una divinura cítrica, ginsosa, ni quise preguntar que llevaba, pero me cautivó. El postre me gustó, porque no me empalagó, la suavidad de la crema de chocolate con los frutos rojos 10/10. La música, variada y buen ambiente. Gracias, quedé con ganas de regresar :)

All the food was solid and the steak was amazing! While not on the menu, they have fantastic mocktails :) Great lighting and vibes. Lots of mosquitos under the tables (maybe wear some spray on your ankles) While unique and interesting would skip the desserts next time and order more mains.

Gran atención de todo el personal. La calidad de los alimentos es buena, solamente sentimos muy salado el rib eye, la salchicha y los mejillones. Buena selección de vinos, valdría la pena considerar naranjas y de igual mexicanos.

La comida estuvo espectacular. Pedimos una sopa de cebolla que estaba buena, un ceviche de pescado que estaba delicioso y una hamburguesa que estaba increíble ya que la carne estaba muy bien preparada. El postre era una tarta de plátano que igual estaba muy buena y con un sabor diferente. Creo que los cócteles están buenos pero considero que están un poco "over prized". El servicio estuvo bien y el lugar es agradable y acogedor.

Excepcional, tanto la comida como el servicio. Lo único que me gustaría ver es una mejor selección de cervezas. Sólo tienen comerciales, un par de República y todas claras.

We walked by Husman and thought we would give it a try after popping our heads in. The dining room is a lovely and calming space. It was a good choice. The food was interesting and delicious . The waiter was very warm and inviting. Would definitely go back when next in Madrid.

Muy caro para lo que es! Después de comer entrada, plato fuerte y postre salimos con tanta hambre que fuimos directamente a comer en otro lado. Compartimos una trucha a la plancha que era para dos personas, sin embargo, era tan pequeña que era equivalente a menos que 5 bocados diminutos. Era además sin ningún tipo de guarnición. La ensalada de salmón era muy buena por lo que queda claro que el chef puede hacer algo mucho mejor. El diseño del lugar es bonito y el personal es amable. No obstante, si vuelvo a querer gastar tanto dinero en una comida, iría a otro lado donde al menos saldré sin hambre.

The problems with the restaurant began when we arrived. The maître d was so casually dressed that we could not tell whether he was a staff member or a customer waiting outside the restaurant. Only when we walked past him, did he greet us. In fact, the whole staff was very casually dressed, and the bartender even looked a little scruffy in his headband. Overall, the service was somewhat unprofessional and not particularly hospitable. More than half of the wines on the wine list were sold out, and we had to wait 15 minutes because our bottle wasn't at temperature. The food was fine, but very salty. And, finally, the steak was overcooked. The music was too loud for such a small dining room, and, although not the fault of Husman, the clientele seemed to consist almost entirely of loud and obnoxious foreigners. It was very disappointing.

Mmm Que difícil , el servicio bueno , el lugar cool. La comida muy muy sobrevalorada . El papá rotti con ikura lo probamos y estaba cruda la papa . El ikura y el caviar estan de moda casi todos los restaurantes tienen algún plato que tenga esto y tienes que asegurarte de que si vas a poner uno este buenísimo. El tartar de rib eye Rico nada del otro mundo . La hamburguesa muy normal y lo que si estába deliiiii son las papas fritas y las albóndigas suecas . El postre no se, por que lo pedimos y después de esperar 20’min nos dijeron que ya no tenían y lo sirvieron en la mesa de junto -.-

Perfect little Bistro for a quiet, intimate dinner in Mexico City. Only about 6 tables in an unassuming part of Zona Rosa. The cuisine is extremely well crafted and an interesting Nordic flair shines through a Bistro offering of such items as Beef Tartare, Steak Frites, Crab, and lovely appetizers. The cocktail vibe is honest and pure, with a thoughtful curation of liquors. Everything was so good, I won't even go into it. The service was excellent, with no one bugging you every 2 min. Just quiet observation and execution... my favorite. Go here! especially if you need a nice, quiet dinner with your traveling companion.
