Created by Executive Chef Natalio Charles, our menu is almost entirely gluten free, and can be made to fit any dietary needs. 'Invitados' means you're our invited guest. It'll be our pleasure to serve and celebrate you soon!

The Filet Mignon is better than any fancy steakhouse. The Serrano Cauliflower was the best side dish we’ve ever had anywhere. I told my husband we should get that from now on but he said since it was so delicious he wants to try all their sides. The Quinoa Flourless Chocolate Cake with Amaretto Cherry sauce was excellent. We agreed our server Paola was the best server we have ever had. We love the location because it makes us feel like we are at a resort.

there policies and procedures have changed, wait staff couldn’t accommodate anything completely disappointing. Took over 25m just to get water.

I was not impressed with the food, nor the service. Our server very rarely camp by and when he took an order it seemed to take forever to get the drink or food I will not be back

I am so disappointed. I really wanted to love this place. My daughter has celiac so how perfect to have so many options. 4 of us ate for Easter and our food was so bland. My daughter with celiac barely ate her meal. Our poached eggs were hard and all of our food needed salt, pepper and some butter. Our server was very sweet and attentive and working on Sunday so my husband tipped her well. $165 later with 4 meals barely eaten and will definitely never return. I wonder what people eat here that say anything tastes good.

My bad experience was that the host gave my reservation to another person and wasn’t going to sit us. I showed him my confirmation and he acted as if I was a fraud. He kept asking if I was someone else and said, “”name on reservation” is already here and has been seated””. Not sure how I am already seated if I’m standing right in front of you! I explained that we are celebrating 2 birthdays which is noted on the reservation and he just looked at us like we were aliens. Eventually we were finally seated.

I had the carne asada steak with enchilada. The steak was a great cut of meat, nicely seasoned, cooked medium rare, and a nice amount for the price. I am not sure what was in the enchilada, but it was good, but the carne asada steak was the star. Someone at our table got the seafood enchilada and really liked it; had lots of seafood stuffed in it. Service was helpful and attentive.

I have celiac disease and all the food is gluten free! They even had GF desserts! Great place! Definitely heading back! I highly recommend this place if you have celiac disease or some other ailment that you can’t have gluten.

Fantastic food and service. Perfect spot for our double date with friends! We were sad they were out of the flan (amazing!) but we’ll be back for it!

The weight staff was great, we had an amazing server. The cocktails were pretty good as well. We were celebrating a birthday, and he had a great time.

Restaurant was beautiful but device was really slow and we were there on a Saturday at 11am in a restaurant where we were the only seated table of 6 and there were 4 people at the bar. The food was inconsistent. Guacamole was great but tacos were subpar and I had the pork shank, which has lots of flavor but was warm to cold by the time it arrived to the table. Everyone said that the CBD margaritas were good but stay away from anything with sparkling wine. One of the party ordered the pineapple basil mimosa and the sparkling used in it was flat so it tasted awful and I ordered the Cava from the wine list which also tasted awful and flat. We decided we would not return.

The food is absolutely amazing! Everyone in my group enjoyed their meal! Crackling pollo, chipotle shrimp tacos, Chilean sea bass, carne asada and filet mignon were outstanding dishes. Because the restaurant was full, the noise level was high. If you want a place to have a quiet dinner, this is not it. If you want a lively, festive atmosphere then this is for you. The only disappointment was the service. The server was slow to take our order. After he poured our water, we did not see him again until half an hour later. He finally took our drink order and it was, again, a long wait to receive our drinks. The same occurred with meal and dessert. Despite the slow service, we will return because the food is fresh and delicious. I’m hopeful service will be better.

The experience seemed poor for how much you pay for your meal. We booked the reservation for outside seating. The restaurant tried to then sit us inside, which we were okay with. But as we were sitting down, we’re told by the hostess a mistake was made and we had to sit somewhere else as that was booked for another party. In the grand scheme of things, just an honest mistake on their part so we didn’t take any negativity out of that at all. However, the negative part of the review is how slow it was to get acknowledged by wait staff when they finally sat us down again. The hostess noticed us sitting there for several minutes, before going to flag down a waiter to come serve us. After that, it just seemed to be worse. The food came out cold, my wife didn’t get the avocados she ordered with her entree and she had to tell waiter to bring them. They finally brought avocados over when she was almost done with her meal. As we couldn’t wait any longer for them, because it was several minutes and the food was getting colder. They still charged us for the avocado.. I don’t think this is a place we want to return too, based on the experience we had.

Hugo's easily accommodated our business dinner for 17. Their menu is eclectic and varied. The waitress recommended the scallops, and she was absolutely right- a delicious dish! Highly recommend!

Hugo's is one of our favorite local restaurants. We have been eating here since the first day it opened. We have tried everything on the menu, brunch included, and we even attended Chef Natalio's first chef tasting dinner. That being said, last night's Valentine's Day dinner was not up to Hugo's standards. Service was extremely slow and missing a few items like water glasses, steak knives and spoons for dessert. Each were brought promptly when I asked, though. The food was good but not the usual excellence I expect from Hugo's and the dessert was unfortunately a failure. I think it was an attempt at chocolate mousse (not sure because the waiter neglected to tell us what is was when he dropped it off) but it was overly sweet and oddly lumpy. We'll be back because we know sometimes they can't get everything perfect but it was unfortunate for a Valentine's Day dinner.

Nice place for date night. Food was good but the atmosphere is very vibey! I will definitely come back. Normally we experience the Dallas restaurant culture but Las Colinas has got a nice place in Hugo’s.

Food was good and waitstaff service was good. We went on Valentine’s Day and I expected it to be busy. When we arrived (10 minutes before our reservation) we were told due to high volume we would be allowed only 1.5 hours at the table. That was totally understandable. We were brought to the back room that wqs lined with tables and not as aesthetically pleasing as the rest of the restaurant at 6:25. We were told we could order off of the mqin menu or order the preset menu. We opted for the main menu. I ordered a $12 glass of Malbec and my husband ordered a $14 margarita. We ordered our main coarse at about 6:45. At 7:40 we still had not received our dinner and were both drinking our second drink. I asked the server if we were going to be asked to leave our table at 8:00 due to the 1.5 hour table time and she said no and apologized for the delay. our food was brought to the table at 7:55. The server told us that they would take my drink off our check because of our wait and then we noticed they charged my husband $2 more for his drinks. My suggestion is not to limit table time, over book tables and offer either menu if it all can't be handled. it was a disappointing introduction to this restaurant and we will not return.

Food was ok, it all needed salt though. Service was lacking but I understand it was Valentines so it's to be expected. It took us over 2 hours to finish our dinner simply waiting on each course to come out. They did give us free drinks though after they noticed how long our food was taking.
