Eggs Benedict & potatoes were served almost COLD. We sent them back & finally got what we hoped for. Waiter could have been more attentive. Eggs were taken off our bill which was nice

Server was sub par and just not happy to be there. We moved to the bar and service was much better.

Enjoyed another lovely evening with great food and service. Salmon was excellent as were the fresh oysters on the half shell. Greek salad is always a winner too.

Always just good - but always hope it would be amazing…food is solid - but zero wow where I would make a point to go back. Same with service. I want to love it - but just eh

Omar (uncertain of spelling) was fantastic. He was kind and had great recommendations. We loved the fries and the lobster roll. The wallpaper behind the bar mirror is beautiful. The ONLY damper was the tv channel was set to cage fighting. Definitely a different vibe and not something I like to watch while eating.

Our server was “Elle” and she was outstanding! She anticipated all our needs and was Uber pleasant and professional! Hudson House is fortunate to have “Elle” on its staff.

It was awesome. I made reservations for 4 but needed 5. I sent them a message on Open Table and they accommodated us. I am impressed with the customer service.

Max was our server and he’s excellent! Very polite, attentive, patient and gracious! We always love the drinks and food and ambiance! Our favorite Dallas spot!

For some reason, the hostess could not be bothered but stood there with a blank stare when arriving to check in for our reservation. Several tables in this location are undesirable, particularly when you’ve made a reservation. I understand if that’s all there is after being moved several times, not necessarily on our account. Our server proactively found us an appropriate table. One of the guests in our party ordered a hot toddy, and when the server came back. He said,” There was no hot water”. That seems very odd for a restaurant not to have hot water and for a server to say so. Other than that, I have to say Hudson House, in general, is very consistent on all fronts. This just wasn’t one of those times.

Food was good, server was friendly and prompt. I didn’t like that for our larger party they pushed two tables together and sat us right next to the front door. There were plenty of booths that could have accommodated us.

Great atmosphere from the time we walked in. I made a reservation and was seated promptly, served efficiently and greeted with ease. The food was impeccable and the service was superb. I want to shout out our waiter Sergio who was fantastic, patient and attentive. 10 out of 10 will be back again

Had a reservation and we we’re still sitter 30 minutes later. Our waiter was slow bringing drinks and we had to remind him several times about our drinks that were sitting at the bar.

Food was great. And our waiter was wonderful. We had the guacamole dip to start with, and then the tunasteak salad, redfish, and French chicken. Cocktails and wine were top-notch !

Food quality was great, as always. But they were doing construction or working on equipment in the oyster bar area and we couldn't hear ourselves talk. Lasted halfway through lunch - that was not appreciated. Most restaurants of this class do that sort of work deep nights to not interrupt their clients dining experience.
