Our sleek elegant space showcases a distinctive menu featuring local purveyors and wine from our own Cypress Hill Winery. Our menu changes with the seasons to keep our food fresh while keeping the customer favorites available all year.

Cypress Hill Winery is a boutique winery located beneath Hudson & Essex in the Carousel District of Mansfield, Ohio that remains loyal to the passion and the art of California wine. Family, friends (new and old), connoisseurs and novices alike are welcome. Join us! We look forward to meeting you.

Two lady’s had the halibut and two guys had skirt steak with shrimp[surf and turk] everything was excellent prepared just right always made to feel welcome by the owners who visited our table and thanked us for coming in

I can not say enough about how good the food is at H&E! Exceptional! Our waiter was outstanding, very professional and attentive. The cost is a bit pricey but worth it to me for special occasions.

Wonderful as always! This time we celebrated our anniversary with filet mignon & ribeye. Both outstanding. Our complimentary dessert was quite delectable! I highly recommend the wine from the luxury list.

I love to offer constructive criticism, but it’s wonderful when an experience simply doesn’t leave any opportunities for improvement. The food, the drinks from the bar, and especially our server, simply couldn’t have been any better. Whether for a casual meal or a special occasion — Hudson & Essex is our first choice!

My husband and I took my mom to the Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet and we all had a fantastic experience. The food was fresh and flavorful. Reed (forgive me if I’ve mixed up his name) was our server. He was very much attentive and engaging. We sat outside and soaked up the sun and enjoyed our meal. The music was soulful and covered many genres. All in all, my dear mom absolutely LOVED our date. We will be back for sure.

Fantastic staff and the food was very good! We were settled very quickly and allowed a last minute change to our reservation to move it up an hour.
