HBS Reservation Rules:

* Our latest reservation time available from Wednesday -Saturday is 5:30pm. Our latest reservation on Sunday is 2:30pm BRUNCH is ONLY served on Sunday and is by reservation ONLY. NO RESERVATIONS will accepted after those times.

* Reservation duration is (90) minutes.

* Reservations that are not confirmed through the open table reminder email will be CANCELLED.
* Reservations are held for (15) minutes pass your scheduled time. If you have not arrived by that time your reservation will be CANCELLED.

* Large group reservations that exceed (8) guests will require a deposit.

* Large groups of (8) or more will be required to pre-order their meals.

*We DO NOT split checks.

* We are a BYOB establishment.

The service was great. The portion sizes are large. The chief is very nice but a little less salt would make the food tastes even better. I tasted more salt than the actual food. People with high blood pressure should beware. The candied sweet potatoes were jelly like which interfered with the texture and flavor of the sweet potatoes.

Hot Buttered Soul was an amazing find. I took my husband there from r a pre-father’s day brunch. It was perfect. The food was delicious and the portions were surprisingly enormous. Our waitstaff was friendly and patient. Additionally there was a DJ that played just the right music selections. Albeit a little too loud to have a good conversation. We are planning our return and have told so many friends and family.
