    I used to come here a few years ago and it the food was outstanding. I came back recently and not only is food disgusting but the prices are unreasonable. Our salmon was super overcooked, the tacos were bland, and the fish and chips was nothing special other than the fries. Service was great but that doesn’t justify the price for the quality and taste of the food. Until they fix this, i’m never coming back here. They were also missing a lot of stuff from the menu, including frozen drinks and several beers that they claimed to have.

    The waitress was constantly trying to upsell in a very pushy manner, and the portions were small.

    We started with raw oysters and they were very good. We also ordered a salad to share and two entrees. They brought all the dishes at one time which was not what we wanted. Then one of the entrees was not what we ordered, so that had to be reordered. The quality of the salad and entrees was standard. The restaurant is located right next to the water and the ambiance was fun and beautiful. But don’t expect the food to be more than ordinary.

    Had a really great time on the patio! The heat lamps made the ambience perfect as the sun went down. Our server went above and beyond to acknowledge and make my sisters birthday very special! Also the oyster shots were a great recommendation! Thank you for such a great experience (:

    The attentive server at Hook presented their newly launched menu which at first seemed a little pricy. However once the plates came we were surprised by the generous portions and my fosh and chips were one of the best in the city. Two large pieces of fish and great fries. It was quiet due to the weather but this will definitely be a perfect patio for sunny weather . All the staff were friendly and helpful!
