As always I had a good experience at hogans hangout. The drinks are good, the cheesesteak is always on point and their salsa for their chips is awesome. Server was attentive and polite as usual.

Our party was one of several others that came in at the same time with open table reservations, and the restaurant told us they could not accommodate any of us. They said they did not have availability and don’t know why availability showed up through the app. They were unwilling to work any of us in.

Food took forever. It was average. What was more disappointing was we went there as big Hulk Hogan fans and actually ended up seeing him. He refused to see anyone. Didn’t expect an autograph or anything just a hello would have been awesome. Maybe just a wave at my kids. I know celebs are people too just wanting to eat but a quick hello would have been easy and nothing for him but mean a lot to my kids and the other families that were there.

Great atmosphere. If you're a fan of the old WWE (WWF at the time), there's always old matches playing on a couple tvs, along with other sports. We'll definitely be back.

We made a reservation for 6:30. We checked in at 6:15. The hostess rudely said you must’ve made it with OpenTable, then said they were extremely busy, which they were, so it would be at least a 45 minutes to an hour wait, she took my number and said she would reach out when the table was ready. I went in an hour after, and there was still no table ready, so after waiting and waiting we walked down the street to Bavaros, they said they were completely booked, but they could seat us immediately at the bar. We ate there, the service, and the food was excellent. 4 hours later still no contact about our table. Shame on Hogans, why use OpenTable if they don’t honor it ( is it just free advertising???) Another couple outside of the restaurant had the same experience. On a side note >> The story gets worse, later that evening, we were walking home, there were a bunch of people hanging around the restaurant’s parking lot, they heard that Hulk Hogan was on his way. There were people of all ages waiting, many children too, he drove by everyone, got out of his car, not one look, wave or acknowledgment to any of his fans, and then he walked into the back door of his restaurant, so many of his faithful fans, probably very disappointed fans, how rude, what kind of ego to you have to ignore children and fans who just ate at your restaurant, shame on him!

The wait staff were amazing but unfortunately they had two cooks walk out that day- our food took 2 hours to come and having two small kids with us- it was a challenge. The servers were very helpful and kind- and super stressed. We got the impression that the staff are not treated well or given the support they need. We’ve been before and there were no problems at all. Fun atmosphere, fast food and decent drink menu. We’d probably go again but HOGANS: TREAT YOUR STAFF BETTER. THEY DESERVE IT!

We had an awesome time at Hogan's Hangout. We had really good food. The Hulk came in at 8:00 p.m. we did not stay for the karaoke which I'm sure would have been fun. I do suggest this venue or just something different to do

very disappointed - took a reservation for Super Bowl told us we had to sit on deck upstairs. They had 2 TV's but said they had no sound for us to listen - there must have been at least 20 tables that all could not hear the game. They could care less. Service was terrible food came out wrong then we sat there and they never came back to ask us if we wanted anything else to eat or drink just ignored us. Not a good experience at all

We got there almost an hour before our reservation and they were still able to seat us right away. The food and portions were great and the drinks were delicious. We'll definitely be going back again.

I had reservations for 7:30p on Friday night, we got there 10 minutes early and was told to go upstairs away from everything, which we found a dirty table that was open. The waitress came up and cleaned the table and said I can get you waters now cuz we are very busy. That was fine because we were early. At 7:50p we still only had our waters and she never returned. At that time we got up and left. Whoever was the manager on duty completely failed their team and customers.

My family and I were on a mini-vacation and went to eat at Hogan's Hangout. We had a great time! Our server was the best! She was friendly and cheery and just positive all around. The place was a great place to literally hangout for the afternoon. Food was good and drinks were great. Will definitely visit again next time we are in town.

We sat upstairs on the patio and was forgotten about multiple times. The food was below average but we realize it’s probably not a place people go to for the food. We went on a monday night so we did see Hulk Hogan at Karaoke night which was cool but wouldn’t go again.

Food was good, but our server went above and beyond for us so that alone made the experience great! Wasn't too keen on being rudely RUSHED to the door when we came downstairs because of karaoke, which we didn't want to partake in anyways. A better attitude from security would go a long way. Not everyone is wrapped up in the celebrities.

They do Karokee on Monday nights, so we went not knowing because it’s not advertised well that it’s a $25 per person cover charge. Granted, it’s almost guaranteed you will get to see the Hulk in person. So we decided to just do dinner and not get to sit downstairs where all the action was. But our group dropped about $450 on food and tip there. So it was disappointing that it was so expensive and that didn’t even you get you into the Karokee night. We got a brief spotting of the Hulk as we were leaving.

We were under the impression based on the internet and conversations with the restaurant that we had to purchase karaoke tickets if we were hoping for a glimpse of Hulk Hogan because the karaoke was at one section of the establishment and the restaurant was in another area. Meanwhile, the majority of the patrons did NOT have red bracelets on to be at the karaoke section; plus online it said only 21 tickets were sold for the karaoke portion and there were well over 100 people. I am very displeased that I had to pay $100 for our family of four; which included our 9 and 12 year old sons, to be at the karaoke section when the difference of the patrons did not have to pay. It was an amazing experience because thankfully Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart were present, but clearly not a fair system when I had to pay when others did not.

Our family sat downstairs for Karaoke Night. The vibe was upbeat, the waitstaff helpful and accommodating and the music was phenomenal! We highly recommend a visit to Hogan’s Hangout. You never know who you may see! Thank you to all for such a great experience for our son Owen and our family.

Had a 7:30 pm reservation( confirmed by Open Table- the restaurant even called the day of and I confirmed on the phone); arrived at 7:26 pm and we were told our table would not be ready for 45 minutes to an hour because it rained earlier in the day and they had to move several outdoor diners inside which pushed their reservations back.. it did not rain that long and if that were the case, they could have called to let us know. The service was fine, the food average bar food. We got our table at 8:30… not a positive experience.

Vibe was amazing!! Service was great and served with a smile:) Price for food was as to be expected for a place like this but the quality and taste of the food was not good. Food would be the only thing in our opinion that would need upgrading. Would definitely go again for the atmosphere it was amazing and like I said the service was great!! Maybe won’t go as hungry and will stick to the wings everything else was less than appetizing.
