Good food with large portions. Quick service! The GM can out to deliver our drinks and we had a nice conversation. Overall a great dinner and atmosphere for a night out with the wife!

Everything was wonderful except the online scan code menu- so frustrating and I can never see it all on my phone. Covid is over, we can go back to traditional menus.

We happened to arrive during the “Reverse Happy Hour” which is a great bargain on food & drinks. Our server was very good.

We were a party of four, and we had a variety of sushi, sashimi, small plates and entrees. All the food was delicious and well-presented. Our server, Alexis, was attentive, helpful and fun! Love the lotus blossom light fixtures! Definitely will return (again!)

The food was okay. Nothing special but especially costly. The server was wonderful but it didn’t make up for an expensive meal and only okay food.

We have eaten at HIRO many times and love it but this time our waiter clearly did not care about us. We sat down before 6:00, and he saw us, in hopes to order to get a couple drinks from the happy hour menu. By the time he came to our table it was after 6 and made no accommodation to try and honor happy hour due to him not making an effort. During our meal he seemed annoyed by us having kids at the table, yet they were the quietest 4 kids in the restaurant. At one point my husband asked for another beer or a box and the waiter looked at him out of the corner of his and kept walking.

Gluten free menu items was wonderful. Did learn that you need to let the wait staff know that the items marked need to be made Gluten free. Otherwise they will not be made that way. Food was so wonderful! Definitely a favorite spot to eat.
