La poitrine, les saucisses, les côtes levées et autres coupes du Hill Country sont fumées lentement et à basse température sur du chêne étoilé texan. Le barbecue est servi dans du papier de boucherie, à la livre, avec des garnitures traditionnelles. Le Hill Country comporte deux bars proposant une vaste sélection de bières, de la tequila et du bourbon. We have had to ask every single thing at least two times. Lazy and slow service. Great food but not enough for coming back here another time.

As other reviews have pointed out, the brisket was a touch dry. The amount of food was outstanding and so was the service. From the moment I entered the door on a Friday, with somewhat rainy weather, I was immediately offered a place to sit. The server pointed out Happy Hour was about to end and got my order in, and when my companion arrived, he brought my drink to the table so that I could carry my coat and backpack. The food arrived quickly and was hot (important to me.) We ordered the "Market" platter for two. Included chicken, brisket, sausage, and ribs. The food was awesome; the chicken was tender, the ribs fell off the bone, but with enough texture to have some chew, and the sausage was extremely flavorful, with a nice snap to the skin. The sides of coleslaw and mac and cheese were also good, although my companion felt the mac and cheese could have been better. We ate our fill and still ended up taking food home. I had a beer and my friend was impressed with the price for an alcoholic drink. This is a top-notch BBQ that doesn't break the bank. It's a great spot for after-work drinks with colleagues and a family sit-down. The place is moderately loud, with music playing and sports on TVs, so it doesn't feel like a first-date spot. I would definitely go again!

As with every other restaurant prices have gone through the roof. Food is okay, nothing spectacular but losing its value as prices continue to rise. Service was very good and since restaurant was not very crowded the noise didn’t blow you away. Can’t say I’ll be back anytime soon

Food was okay, arrived around 9pm so felt like the food had been sitting out a while. Confusion as the front of house told us to order at the bar as there was no more table service but the guy at the counter said table service was still open - not a big deal as we ordered at the counter anyway.

I am a regular at Hill Country. The food is always fantastic, and the service is always at least an 8/10. Its one of my go-to spots if I'm alone or with others.

Waitress with the short haircut was pretty rude. She would cut us off while we ordered. We ordered drinks with our food and she never brought them to us. The appetizer was brought to us after the main meal. We go to dinner once a month for years and this is by far one of the worst experiences.
