The tomato pie was a wonderful appetizer! The Dark Skies Sidecar was a perfect way to end the evening!

This restaurant came highly recommended and I am so glad we dined there. One of the owners came by and said hello and they served the best BeesNees Cocktail I’ve ever had. And the food was fabulous.

Lovely experience on the patio. Food was amazing. So accommodating with Tyne kids and last min ordering. Our server was lovely as well. So glad Hildees is back.

Great little spot for brunch, they have all the brunchy favorites and goof variety. Cute inside and its right on the Wimberly downtown square so great place to start your day or take a break in the AC while shopping.

We were regular customers and fans of the original Hilde before I moved to downtown Wimberley. This was our first trip to the new location and we were quite disappointed, mostly with the service the amount of flies and we felt the food, especially the most expensive fish that I ordered Was not up to par. Even simple things like the hamburgers on the kids menu or not as stand out awesome as they used to be sad we really loved Hild before I think we be back again.

The food and service were excellent. So glad that the standards have been maintained since it was the Supper Club. Wish that you would bring back the Asian Chicken Salad from the previous menu. It was truly outstanding.

Had high expectation for our first visit to the new Hildees in Wimberley. Simply disappointed in the food Have always been a fan of the food from the owner both in Houston and Wimberley, but this missed the mark. Could love to see the restaurant become a southern comfort type destination and leave some of attempts at more fine dining aside
