They allowed me to make a reservation for a time that they weren’t open for. I made the reservation over a month in advance but did not hear from anyone.

I wasn't able to use my reservation because the space closed a half hour before I was scheduled to go. It was nice that they texted but they were rushing me to get there much earlier than I was planning on going and I was at dinner.

Small rooftop spot with not great views. Looks over at Office buildings but you will likely find a seat on a nice day due to the lackluster view. Drinks were fine but had to send the glasses back because they were very dirty. Overall fine if you need to sit on a roof but don't need to impress anyone.

Happy hour consists of 1 cocktail, not cocktails as advertised, sat us at a sticky table that wasn't cleaned from the night before, 5:00 resy but no one was there when we went up and when people came, no one even greeted us until we asked for help. "Rooftop" holds like 3 people, tiny outside. Disappointed.

Had a reservation and was seated promptly. Ordered an espresso martini flight and food. Food took a bit but server was updating me and apologetic multiple times. I was not in a hurry so didn't mind it at all as I had more time to savor the martinis. When the food did arrive, it was great and the cook came over himself to apologize for the delay. The manager also came to apologize and offered a comp; so overall it exceeded expectations with everyone being so attentive and making sure I had a good experience. Great views and relaxing setting. 100% would return and recommend--Thanks!

We went for the espresso martini’s, there was only one server so we ended up waiting about half an hour before we actually got served. The cocktails were ok but not worth the $40 (plus tax and tip).

This place stinks. The drinks are horrible. The espresso martini flight is absolutely horrible and taste gross. The bar isn’t cute at all in comparison to the way it is marketed. The stools they have for seating are half broken and are such poor quality. Nothing about this place is worth the visit.

Martini flights were good but came in cocktail glasses. If you’re offering martini flights, they need to come in martini glasses. The flavors weren’t that delicious but the classic was good.

I had a reservation for 4:15pm on Saturday which was confirmed on OpenTable on Friday. When we got to the location we were informed that Highwater Rooftop did not open until 5pm. Then magically my reservation was cancelled but not by me. I just don’t understand why it was listed as a time to make a reservation and also be confirmed if it was outside the hours of operation.

The ambience was really nice and the waitress was nice. The chips and dip was delicious, but the wagyu sliders were a little over cooked. The drinks were good, but the price and value were a little off, especially for the espresso flights.

I made a reservation for two on a Saturday night, while on our way I realized we were running late and changed the reservation to 15 minutes later. The manager (I'm assuming) then called to confirm we were still coming and to notify me when last call would be. He was very kind and I told him we were almost there and would be ordering one round of drinks before last call and then get out of their hair. When we showed up a bartender was very rude to us and just kept saying she doesn't see our reservation and was not hospitable or helpful at all. She just kept saying "well I don't see your reservation"... another bartender then helped us out and told her coworker to take care of us at the bar. We sat at the bar looking at the drink menu, but no one engaged with us or ever came to take our order so we simply left.

Our reservation was for 12 pm . We came up to the empty room and were wondering for another 15 min. The waitress was nice . Our food was bad , my truffle Benedict eggs had no truffle but a lot of vinegar that killed that dish completely. My son had so so steak and eggs my daughter’s French toast was ok . We had coffee martinis- it was good .

Super unprofessional, when the waitress remembered that she sat us, she gave us the audacity of adding her own $20 gratuity to our bill disguised as “sorry we didn’t update the physical menu prices yet” never again. Half the menu wasn’t available and the food was meh.

Service was a bit slow for the amount of people in the restaurant, we get told we could go upstairs for the view but then were told we weren't able to by another member of staff. It was a bit upsetting to be frank. The cocktails were okay but not mind blowing.

The experience was not as expected. Arrived on time for 6:45p dinner reservation, to which the host informed us that the table was nowhere near ready and had no ETA. Ended up with a spot at the bar to wait, and attempted to order the Espresso Martini flights. The server seems quite annoyed with the request. We were informed it’s not being server at all, despite it being on the menu and was also a key reason for visiting. Around 8p, we were moved to an open table for food, which was just okay. Host gave free shots at the end but overall experience was unfortunately underwhelming.

We are at the roof top of the lowest building . The service is slow . We asked the bartender who take our order to bring the silverware that they forgot after the food come, wait for 15 minutes and we still can’t eat our food . She even forgot about us:( very disappointing

My wife and I have never been to a rooftop bar. We read online that Highwater was one of the most romantic. Making reservations was extremely easy. A wonderful hostess greeted us upon arrival and attended to us the entire time we were there. The bartender made awesome drinks. You need to try the Bubly Martini. Also, for a quick bite, try the teriyaki chicken and salad. My only negative thought is that there really wasn't much of a view but no matter, it did not ruin our night. We will be visiting quite often for a quick drink and a bite.

We booked our reservation and the bar was having a private anime valentines party. We had one average drink and left. I’m sure it’s good other nights, but we wish they would have restricted reservations for the night or provided a warning for the private event.

Had an amazing experience last Saturday! The cocktails were bomb! The customer service and the bartenders are very nice as well. Alejandra who was our bartender for the night, recommended very good options for food! The ambience indoors is moderate and the view from the outdoors areas is lovely!

Not a real restaurant. The kitchen is 25 stories away. Our burgers (the only real food in the menu) took 1.5 hours to arrive with cold fries. Drinks are expensive (even for Manhattan standards). We were accosted (twice) at our table by a “regular” patron with dubious intentions under the auspices of the staff.
