This place turns into a club at 11pm so they’ll kick you before then. Not good. They will make you go downstairs s as nd line up just to get back to the club

Everything was basically perfect. I brought some nice wines and wish there were nicer stemware options but that’s my only negative critique. The service was perfect and food was super tasty. You’re paying a little on top for the view but it’s worth every penny.

Came here for dinner last night and was unfortunately underwhelmed at every turn. The only positive of this restaurant is that the ambiance/decor/vibe was nice but I would expect that from an expensive rooftop restaurant at a luxury hotel. The food and drinks are exceedingly overpriced for what you get. I got the roasted chicken for dinner and it was just very meh. Honestly, the only part of the meal that I enjoyed were the truffle fries that I ordered. The service was also lacking. Our server forgot to put in our drinks in and we had to flag down another person on staff to ask where those were when our entrees had been brought to our tables and then our server had mixed up our checks with another table and gave us a check that was $100 more than ours. Not sure if our server was new or not but from other reviews, this might be a larger problem with the wait staff. I don’t come to Hollywood often but if I do, I’m not sure if I’ll be back here.

The hostess was very pleasant and attentive. Our server is nice too but a little bit on the slow side which is not a big deal. Food is good but not great. Cocktails great though 👌

Great view. Happened to be windy on the day we were there. Food was good but a bit pricy. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup, and it was good. Others seemed to be happy with their food. Good service and patient with us as we were having a meeting and a meal. Interesting and nice hotel.

Amazing service, good food, great views. Sticky floors, fair amount of food on booth seats and floors for 6PM. Just needs good cleaning.

The lure of the highlighted room is the outdoor restaurant but it was closed was closed without warning. My guest and I were guided to lunch in a very austere, underwhelming room with a view. The calamari appetizer was fried nothing. The chicken, Caesar salad was adequate. The big positive was the service, which was very attentive.

It was okay. Hope to have another experience a different time but was not thrilled. Pros: Waitress was sweet. They did the best to accommodate given the rain in the hotel lobby. Wings & fries were tasty. Valet is convenient. Drinks are interesting and creative. Growth area : We had a reservation for 4 people and they were scrambling to find a fourth chair , the folks next to us had to let us borrow their chair. The menu had literal mold, which definitely takes time to grow. They forgot to place an item we ordered which came last so someone had to wait to eat after everyone was done. The attentions to detail matter so hopefully next time we can enjoy a full experience.

Service was slow, BUT the customer service was superb. Which is why we didn’t mind all the waiting. Thank you to the team for a good experience and for taking care of us.

The service was SUPER slow. Waited 15 minutes for a waiter to come over and than another 15 to get our wine. Food was very average. The view was pretty and the hostess was sweet.

My boyfriend and I came here for his birthday and it was awesome! The food was great as well. My only complain was that it was cold outside. Other than that, I highly recommend eating here!

We loved our experience at the Highlight Room. We loved the view, sunset, and the atmosphere the restaurant created. The food we ordered was top notch, and the drinks were spectacular. Overall, a wonderful experience for us to have a date night where we actually enjoyed everything .

Love my experience at the highlight room! Always a great time. I’ve been there over six times, and each time gets better and better. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone… Day or night!

Beautiful ambiance, stunning views, delicious food! Our group had Hollywood Chicken Bowl, flatbread pizza, Caesar salad, burgers and rigatoni. Everyone gave their food 10/10! A must go

Good view, mediocre food and very expensive. It really isn't worth the experience. You do have a view of the Hollywood sign, but frankly, there are better places with better food and better prices.

A young lady named Mckenzie served us very capably. Loved the vibe and everything about the restaurant except the wine selection was a bit limited

We had a really nice brunch experience here! I had been wanting to visit this restaurant and finally got a chance to as we were staying in Dream Hollywood. The food was incredible and exceeded my expectations. Our server was also pleasant, friendly, and provided quick service. The overall aesthetic and ambience was gorgeous and the views was the cherry on top. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Ambiance 10/10! Staff 10/10! I planned my birthday party here, and I was pretty stressed out about the seating arrangements and how was gonna work out for my guests but let me tell you the level of friendliness and service that I encountered coming here was above and beyond kindness. I had such a positive time here that I will definitely be coming here again and I want to thank everyone that made it special for me. Thank you!

Beautiful views of the city have the calamari and some truffle fries..both delicious. Waitress did not check up on us very often. It was kind of hard to get her attention.

Service and food is good. If you have food allergies, make sure you check your food before eating. I had to send my food back because it was not prepared correctly so that was a disruption in the dining experience.

We went for sunset before a show at the Pantages. Beautiful view and ambience but the food choices were slim and overpriced. Especially for salads, burgers, sandwiches, and finger foods. Service was good but unfortunately I won’t return for dinner again.

It was my daughter's birthday and we made a reservation. The outdoor view was amazing. Love the ambivalence. My daughter went crazy taking pictures by the pool. Emoni was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The only issue my steak...It was over cooked, but the chimichuri sauce was made up for it. The spicy rigatoni was delicious and the calamari was crispy and soft at the same time. The martini here is more than Las Vegas' Cesar Palace ...lol...

I didn’t get checked in to get points on Open Table. Also there was no hostess or anything. It was very confusing. Service was subpar considering it’s in one of the best areas of Hollywood and it’s a branch of Tao. May come again but not for any special occasion.

Great place, awesome food, and an even better view. Clear shot to the Hollywood sign from our tables. The service was awesome, all 4 of us really enjoyed dinner.
