At the apex of Dream Hollywood is TAO Group's newest dining and nightlife concept, The Highlight Room. The luxe 11,000-square-foot outdoor rooftop, lounge, pool and grill is set high above Hollywood with unparalleled aerial views of the famed Hollywood sign and the Los Angeles skyline. The Highlight Room’s chic, modern sundeck is the ideal destination to relax by the pool on plush loungers or in luxurious private cabanas, while enjoying a light menu and handcrafted refreshments. The restaurant serves guests signature drinks and freshly prepared Californian fare from breakfast until mid-day. At sundown, this Hollywood retreat opens its doors to the rooftop bar and lounge.

    Great first time experience! We loved the atmosphere, vibe and views from this rooftop restaurant. We’ll be back next time we’re in Hollywood. Might need to book a stay at the hotel as well.

    views are great , located on floor 10, area is very open and lighting is great, food is nothing crazy , pretty traditional stuff , steak frites a bit over priced but not a terrible experience.

    The view was amazing, the staff was great and the coffee smooth. The food was good. We came for breakfast.... my husband had the breakfast burrito which was yummy. You mainly come here for the ambiance and it did not disappoint.

    It's a one and done for me. The hostess was super nice and helpful. Everything else was average. The service was average. We were never asked about our food after we received it. The hamburger was more raw than medium cooked. The menu was missing many of the items I saw online. I'm so thankful this was not my first experience of an expresso martini because otherwise I wouldn't ever order it again. I do have to say when I order a drink, I don't like to taste the alcohol more than the flavor of the drink is supposed to be, so if you like to taste your alcohol instead of the smoothness of a well-crafted drink, then you'll love the expresso martini.

    Amazing location and view. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this place for any special occasion or even just for a great brunch.

    This place turns into a club at 11pm so they’ll kick you before then. Not good. They will make you go downstairs s as nd line up just to get back to the club

    Everything was basically perfect. I brought some nice wines and wish there were nicer stemware options but that’s my only negative critique. The service was perfect and food was super tasty. You’re paying a little on top for the view but it’s worth every penny.

    Came here for dinner last night and was unfortunately underwhelmed at every turn. The only positive of this restaurant is that the ambiance/decor/vibe was nice but I would expect that from an expensive rooftop restaurant at a luxury hotel. The food and drinks are exceedingly overpriced for what you get. I got the roasted chicken for dinner and it was just very meh. Honestly, the only part of the meal that I enjoyed were the truffle fries that I ordered. The service was also lacking. Our server forgot to put in our drinks in and we had to flag down another person on staff to ask where those were when our entrees had been brought to our tables and then our server had mixed up our checks with another table and gave us a check that was $100 more than ours. Not sure if our server was new or not but from other reviews, this might be a larger problem with the wait staff. I don’t come to Hollywood often but if I do, I’m not sure if I’ll be back here.
