We tried the queso with burnt ends this time and it was so good! The margaritas were super tasty as well. If you haven’t tried this place you need to!

Four of us had a great dinner at High Country on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder. We started with the hippie dip which is their house made humus with fresh veggies for dipping. We shared the crispy wings with the zesty ranch rub which were fantastic. Perfectly crisp and flavorful. I had the half roasted chicken which was tender and juicy and basted with an awesome rub. The mac and cheese side was the perfect accompaniment. Our friend tried their signature Mile High Burger which was a mouthful, He said it was the best burger he had in years. The hand cut fries were awesome. My wife had Kathy's salad with chicken which was a mix of fresh greens, candied walnuts, dates and berries. The waiter explained that they source as much of the menu from local farms and growers. Our other friend had the brisket sandwich with super crispy onion rings and she enjoyed every much. The service was great! Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. High Country strikes the perfect balance between juicy burgers, finger-licking wings, healthy salads and savory BBQ. The friendly staff and cozy ambiance make it a great spot for family outings or casual hangouts with friends. Try to get a seat on the patio and enjoy the Pearl Street ambience.

This is such a great spot! The food was incredible. I loved the summit bowl and my partner could not get enough of the zesty ranch wings. I can tell the kitchen staff takes great care of ingredients - the plating was lovely and the balance of elements in my bowl was perfect. This is definitely a place to save room for dessert! We got the brownie sundae to share, next time we'll each be getting our own.

Good food, odd server. When asked about certain menu items, she replied, " I Don't know, I don't eat meat" Which was an odd response given that this restaurant was a vegan restaurant. In my experience, most servers have some information on the menu items given to them by the manager and also customer feedback.

Family dinner at this new Boulder eatery. Food was top notch - presentation was spot on - drinks were quirky and tasty - service was friendly.

We had a great experience at High Country. I took 3 of my coworkers who were visiting from out of town. We were happy there was something on the menu for everyone. The waitstaff was friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were great. Highly recommend.

I love love love High Country! Great food, amazing cocktails and all around good vibes. The brisket sandwich was delicious and the Disco in Frisco is my favorite drink. So many good options!
