Hestia, named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, is a modern live-fire grill house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth which anchors the kitchen and dining room. Our menus offers an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. You may choose to order from our a la carte menu or experience our chef curated tasting menu.

We accept reservations 60 days in advance. For event inquiries, please visit our website.

I believe this is the best restaurant in Austin. The service is phenomenal and friendly. Everybody’s smiling like they’re happy to be there and happy to see you. The food is creative, but not just for the sake of being creative, but creative and tasty! Hestia solved the age old problem of how to keep a scallop hot (no spoilers go to find out!) They also made up a special drink for me and named it the spicy bunny! A high class experience with delightful food to match.

We had the tasting menu with wine flights. Delicious, inventive food, and great service. Very highly recommended.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had dining in Austin. The service is amazing, servers are knowledgeable and personable. The food is to die for! Can’t wait to go back.

It was an excellent dinner from start to finish. Our 11 year old daughter loved it. She couldn’t get enough of the excellent chocolate dessert.

Such a great time! Blake the assistant GM absolutely crushed it and made it a great experience! Highly recommended for anyone looking to have a great time!

We arrived 3 minutes after our reservation and was informed that we would be seated outdoors in the garden. I booked for indoor seating because I’ve been here before and that’s why I specifically booked this restaurant for indoor seating for my GRADUATION dinner. The host, a rude man, kept interrupting me on the phone while I was trying to talk to a friend who was trying to find the restaurant. He offered us a table at 10 PM or we could sit at the bar for a completely different menu. It was unacceptable. The restaurant changed my seating because they overbooked the place. Instead, they’d rather tarnish someone’s experience in order to make a huge profit since someone reserved a whole room. Our server was nice and all but she kept trying to rush us to order all of our food. My experience at Hestia last night was ruined and I will never be coming back again.

Started with the bread, then grilled green beans with halibut. The whole meal was absolutely outstanding.

We have been here quite a few times. It is definitely on the pricey side, but have thought it can be nice on occasion. We have found the food exceptional sometimes (halibut is a winner) and sometimes it’s not so much (oysters). It is 5 star prices but 3-5 star food. Although taste is subjective! Service, attentiveness, concept (fire cooked), creativity, and ambiance are all pluses. I also feel like changing up the menu a little more often would appeal to repeat diners.
