Hestia, named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, is a modern live-fire grill house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth which anchors the kitchen and dining room. Our menus offers an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. You may choose to order from our a la carte menu or experience our chef curated tasting menu.

We accept reservations 60 days in advance. For event inquiries, please visit our website.

Great food, flavor, and service! Amazing bartender mixing up true handmade unique cocktails and table side martinis. Crab bite, green beans, halibut, pork chop, and dry aged wagyu 8oz steak were each full of flavor with their unique sauces. We will go back for the chefs tasting menu!

My experience was an interesting and delightfully tasty experience. The staff was helpful with suggestions and the menus work. I will definitely be back again.

Wonderful dinner the Wagyu sirloin and the halibut were excellent. Alex at the bar was super attentive and provided great suggestions for food and cocktails. Will definitely be coming back again soon.

The food was very good but also very rich. But there were very interesting flavor combinations and everything was prepared and served perfectly. The highlight was the sourdough ice cream dessert. The portions are small for the prices, though. I was very disappointed in the cocktail. The "Mezquito" cocktail was $20 for a highball glass filled with crushed ice and a relatively weak juice that was quickly watered down by the melting ice. Definitely not worth $20.

We celebrated our 39th Anniversary at Hestia and we were treated royally! The food was creative and delicious, with a well-curated menu. You could go just for the food to treat yourself. However, we can't say enough about the incredible service! It was excellent from the minute we walked in until we left, when we received a call in the parking garage to let us know we had left something behind. Jackson, our server, was kind, funny and so helpful!

I believe this is the best restaurant in Austin. The service is phenomenal and friendly. Everybody’s smiling like they’re happy to be there and happy to see you. The food is creative, but not just for the sake of being creative, but creative and tasty! Hestia solved the age old problem of how to keep a scallop hot (no spoilers go to find out!) They also made up a special drink for me and named it the spicy bunny! A high class experience with delightful food to match.

We had the tasting menu with wine flights. Delicious, inventive food, and great service. Very highly recommended.
