Always a tradition to dine here when we visit Winter Park. The Greek salad is delicious! ….as are the pizzas, but always good to pair with a salad.

Great atmosphere, and the food was delicious. We had a party of five and we used OpenTable. It was actually a big selling point to come to Hernando’s that you could make a reservation when most other places don’t take reservations.

Ordered a large pizza with rolled crust, pepperoni and mushrooms. We also ordered the medium Sonoma specialty pizza which has chicken, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes. Both were excellent. The crust is really good. Would definitely go back.

Great pizza, as always! Hernando’s has been a favorite of our family for over 35 years. We love both the Roma and Simone bases. Our waitress was amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, her name slips my mind or I’d share it now as she deserves the recognition. If you’ve never been, give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Great as always! Molly was fantastic and served our large party with out any problems. She totally deserves a raise! Can’t wait to come back. Reservations are very helpful during busy times. Hope this place is open for another 50 years

We had linguini with clam sauce and lasagne along with a Greek salad. The food was delicious with good sized portions. Our waiter, Scott, was excellent and our food arrived very quickly.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the unexpected experience! We walked in, and the decor is just so cool! The front desk and waitress were so friendly. They recommended the Greek salad, which was so good their dressing is homemade and to die for! and the pizza was delicious we’ve never had and honey w pizza crust and it was a great. My daughter got the Bolognese and she had to get another order. It was so good.

Our reservation honored on time. Our server was excellent.,,, so friendly and on top of her game! My husband loved his lasagna and my Greek salad and small vegetable pizza out of this world. I ordered thin crust, cooked to perfection and veggies on pizza were fresh and delicious. We’ve been there over the years. We will again go back at least one more time during our one week stay. Great job!

We always eat here when we’re at Winter Park and are never disappointed (except if we try to show up without a reservation). Our table was waiting when we arrived. The servers are all very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of beers. We enjoyed the garlic bread and Greek Salad. The pizzas are amazing - we had the thin crust but the rolled dough looked good too. And we decided to stay for dessert and had the brownie sundae, which was incredible!

Took 13 friends and family with us (2) to celebrate my birthday! 🥳 Molly took great care of us as usual. We enjoyed a variety of salads and pizzas as well as drinks. Great food as always! Sorry we came on a Friday afternoon — we know it was crazy busy — but thank you again for helping us have a great celebration.

I had read this was really good, but it was even better than described! We had a reservation which was good because it was very busy. We were seated quickly and ordered quickly as well. We started with the cheesy garlic bread and a family Greek salad, delicious! We had a thin crust and Roma crust pizza and both were delicious! We also had spaghetti with meat sauce and it was also outstanding! Cool vibe with dollar bills all over (apparently $36,000 worth)! This is a can’t miss in Winter Park!

The pizza was fantastic & the crust was so fresh. They even serve it with honey to dip it in. The service was fast. We had to reserve a spot because it's a popular place after a long day of skiing.

This has been my wife and my favorite spot for 19 years, and it held the same status for me back in the 1990s when I worked at Winter Park. We revisited during the holidays (Jan 2024), and the food quality did not disappoint. Our server was great, though the host seemed uninterested in being there, which was disappointing. Like everything else, prices have gone up, and portion sizes have noticeably shrunk. I wish my waistline would shrink too. Our 'large' Greek salad was more of a regular one-person salad size, and the 14" 'large' pizza wasn't large by my standards. The two-topping 'large' pizza cost about $23. Despite this, we plan to visit again. It's worth noting that it's a very popular restaurant. When we arrived at 3:55, there were already 20 people in line, so make reservations or be prepared to wait a long time!!

44th anniversary. ask for cozy table. we are in our 80's and got placed at a high table in the bar! very hard for my wife to sit that high. plus very loud. food was good as was the server. we are local folks and will return, but was not impressed on this SPECIAL occasion with the experience. we mentioned our anniversary to Open Table when booked. but no acknowledge of it at the Hernando"s.
