Hemisphere offers an active, upbeat environment that engages guests' senses. Chef de Cuisine Jason Moltz's seasonal menus feature hand-crafted dishes that infuse fresh, local ingredients with modern world flavors. Hemisphere also features an incredible wine selection and cuvées. We are located on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport with convenient access to downtown Orlando, the Interstate 4 business and tourism corridor, as well as the neighboring Lake Nona community. A great place to dine or relax before/after your flight or with complimentary valet parking, it's an unexpected but excellent option for Orlando & Lake Nona area residents!

Made a reservation only to learn that the restaurant wasn’t open for service when we arrived. Very disappointing. Never trying this again.

One wouldn’t normally think of an airport hotel restaurant as true fine dining, but this restaurant atop the Hyatt in the Orlando airport terminal was a very enjoyable experience. The octopus was among the best we’ve had anywhere in the world. The scallops were divine. The Niman Ranch pork chop was very good also. Prices are on the high side whether airport or not. The decor is a bit stale but the surrounding views make up for it.

I was not expecting great things from a restaurant at the airport for Mothers Day brunch but they surprised me. Great selection of food and desserts. I would go back for another special brunch

The server was highly attentive, and she prepared an outstanding espresso martini. The manager was exceptionally friendly and well-informed about the cuisine, making us feel valued. It was a superb dining experience, with our expectations exceeded by the exceptional service.

The steak was one of the best I've had in a long time! All of our entrees were delicious! Service was excellent! Just know that the menu prices on Open Table are way out of date. Filet is now $72... but worth it!

I have never in my life eaten so well at an airport hotel. All our meals were perfectly prepaired. The staff made dinning a pure pleasure.

The pricing is outrageous. I’d pay these prices for food that was worth it but this is not. We were told the new menus just came out and that these prices were just changed. Sounds like servers are telling people to talk to the managers because they agree and they can’t do anything even though they know it’s ridiculous. It’s sad because all you’re doing is a one time money grab but no one would come back. Had we not sat down already we would have left. Food choices were ok and food quality was worth about half the cost of those meal prices. A glass of wine was $40 for a basic one. Everything was at least 20-40 over priced per item Last time for us
