I work downtown and recommend Hells Kitchen to all my customers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service is great, the staff seem to really enjoy their jobs, the food is incredible. Year after year, my teenagers have picked Hells Kitchen for birthday dinners.

We had a wonderful experience at Hell’s Kitchen Minneapolis. We were in town for a work conference and made a reservation to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We ordered the cheese curds and they were so delicious. We had never had cheese curds before and these were amazing. Chef’s kiss! Our drinks and dinner were equally delicious! Everyone at the restaurant was so welcoming and went above and beyond. Five star experience!

Fantastic! We came to Hell’s Kitchen (been here 1x before) for my husband’s birthday - 5 of us in the party, and our daughter has Celiac’s. Adam was our server / caretaker / food guide / babysitter ;) - he was amazing. Clearly knows it all! Kept active notes on all items ordered being gluten free, checked on us regularly, actively engaged with everyone and kept things focused when a 4-yr old is talking to and over everyone. It was my parents first time here and they loved it - the food, the team, the ambience. Dine here!!

This place is amazing, a real gem of the Twin Cities. The food is amazing, the ambiance is great, the prices are reasonable… the screwmary bar is unequaled. If you can only take an out of town guest to one place in ample, it should definitely be Hells Kitchen.

Had reservations for Mother's Day. We love the Bloody Marys there and appreciate the devilish ambience. The Mother's Day special was also delicious. We did not find any free parking nearby. Highly recommend.

It was my mother‘s birthday and Mother’s Day weekend when we first came in, they sang happy birthday to my mom which we didn’t request Our waitress was so nice and the band was so sweet ! The music made it funner and more exciting to eat and talk and the restaurant this was my second time coming and the experience just got better!!!

Very attentive waiter. The food was excellent. We shared the Mac’n cheese because it was rich. I got the chefs salad with warm slices of chicken breast; it was large and very good. The ice tea was very good.

The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were very good, but overpriced. This, along with water, came to almost $30 after taxes and tip. Very expensive for not very much food!

Our server kept disappearing for long periods of time. One person at our table needed something for their meal and was almost done by the time our server checked back. Her initial check was so quick we hadn’t even started eating so we weren’t aware we were missing part of a meal

We made a reservation only a few days before our trip because it was unexpected to go to Minneapolis that day, but they accommodated our stage floor seating request so we were able to enjoy the live music, which was so fun. The food and cocktails were great as always, and our server was excellent. We return often for a reason, great job Hell's Kitchen!!!

As someone who is hearing impaired I appreciated the staff's friendly willingness to seat us at a less noisy table. It makes such a difference when trying to socialize. Also kudos to Open Table for including the noise rating question—a big benefit for folks like me.

this place was underwhelming. the service was atrocious. our server couldn’t give recommendations because he was a “picky eater” and couldn’t tell us anything about the beers on the menu. food was fine, nothing special, the cocktails seem to be their specialty. we had an 8 pm reservation but they close at 9? our food didn’t arrive until after 9 and the entire staff was sitting at the bar waiting to go home at 930. it was pretty uncomfortable. i wouldn’t go back.

Would have rated food much higher but one member of our party was served an entree salad with a long hair entwined in the food - thankfully the person it was served to noticed the hair prior to consuming the salad/the offending hair. The hair did not belong to the member of our party that the salad was served to. I have dined with you on multiple occasions and have always had generally had good experiences and enjoyed the food, service and ambiance at HK. This last time visiting I find myself disappointed that it took so long to get a replacement salad served (the rest of our party had already finished eating by the time it arrived). I was also disappointed that nothing more was offered as a customer service gesture given the situation - some form of gesture, no matter how small, would have been appropriate and appreciated given the level of “ick” that comes along with finding someone else’s hair in your food and the time it took to be served a replacement salad. We will give things another try in the future given our experiences have all been good ones up until this last visit.

Stopped in for a meal, after the show. Host very pleasant. Waitstaff was informative, helpful. Meal was great (barbecued ribs for one, short rib for other—both were very good, but the short rib was outstanding in its tenderness and flavor).

Great food and service . Reservation highly recommended to avoid wait as HK is popular on weekends. Only disappointment was Mac and Cheese Balls were sold out as was Brut for Mimosa. Fun place to take out of town guests.
