In order to create the experience, the outlet will focus on the famous Red and Blue kitchens, show experiences, and a prominent bar that begs you to join us for a drink. Please note we do not accept Gordon Ramsey North America gift cards.

This is our second timing dining at this location. The first time we dined here, it was very shortly after the restaurant opened. The service was much better then. During that experience, the wait staff was so attentive. Anytime you left the table, they would fold back up your napkins, etc. very five star experience. This time, that did not happen. The food was still great and the service was not bad, but it certainly wasn’t five star. Based on the price, you expect a certain level of service and that just wasn’t the case.

Wait staff was amazing. My iced tea was never empty. It was my Birthday and we got to sit right next to the kitchen. Unfortunately when you look up the prices on line they do not reflect the prices of food when you look at the physical menu. All prices we $10 more that what Harris Hell Kitchen Advertises online. Risotto was good but the lobster tasted fishy. The scallops were good. The beef Wellington seemed unseasoned. But the potatoes smear on the plate was the best part. Sticky toffee pudding was too sweet. Coconut 3 ways was the best thing I tryed. Would not return.

Excellent food and service! Literally the best meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my life. Brandi was an excellent waitress, she helped us take tons of pictures and was delightful. We all ordered different dishes and tried each other’s entrees and they were all incredible. Highly recommended! A+++

I enjoyed a memorable Mother’s Day with my 2 adult sons and my great nieces that I am raising. There was a variety of food to choose from. My adult children and I enjoyed a 5 star meal including fresh oysters on the half shell all the way to the Beef Wellington. My baby girls enjoyed the lobster risotto, beef Wellington and Mac & cheee. It tasted great and we all really enjoyed ourselves!

WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU HELLS KITCHEN? I am (or was) a big fan. I've been to server different Hells Kitchens and I am usually always happy when I leave. This time, the portions were MUCH SMALLER, the prices were MUCH HIGHER and everything was just average food wise. Very dissapointed in this Hells Kitchen. My lobster risotto looked TINY and mind you, I've been eating this particular dish for over 5 years, when it arrived, I thought HONEY I SHRUNK THE KIDS was being filmed in the back. Then I get my bill and find out the price of it had gone up 20% since January and I couldn't believe it. I get price increases, but price increases PLUS smaller portions, that's a double whammy I just won't stand for. I visit a Hells Kitchen (Vegas, Tahoe, Rincon) at least 8 times a year, so I speak from experience.

George. --- George made our experience incredible. He and his Assistant were amazing. (Did I mention, George?) Hell's Kitchen was a Heavenly experience due to... George. *** Drinks were great. Shrimp Cocktail was great. Wellington was great. Filet was great. Desert was great. *** The ambiance was a little too loud for Mom. *** George was the best.

Beef Wellington was probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Short ribs were strong competition for the top spot as well. Go here if you want a good drink at Harrah’s. For the same price as a cup of ice and a splash of well, you can have a full volume, amazing cocktail at the bar at Hell’s Kitchen (don’t think you can leave with it, though. Another note on price: the food is not cheap but it’s a damn good deal for the quality and volume.

I got the leak and potato soup. It was very oily like it broke the sauce broke. It was not good. It actually ruined the rest of the mail for me so I probably won’t be going back for a while.

My mother and I visited Hells Kitchen for an early Mother's Day as I will be away on the day. We watched his show together for years she was so looking forward to our visit, and she was not disappointed. She is in a wheelchair and was easily accommodated, which was really nice. Our server was Julian, and he was excellent, very attentive, and friendly. The dinner was excellent. I ordered the prix fix, which included scallops as a starter, beef wellington for my main course, and sticky toffee pudding for my dessert. My mom ordered scallops for a starter, and I shared my beef wellington with her as she has a very small appetite. When they brought out my dessert, they also brought my mom a smaller one for Mother's Day it even had a candle in it for her to make a wish. Each dish was cooked perfectly and well presented. Thank you for making our night so special.

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday and had a fabulous time. The staff was magnificant - really engaging and helpful. The staff made us feel so special. The food was cooked to perfection. We all had the 3-course dinner with with wine pairings. We loved the beef wellington. My one criticism - we would have preferred baby roasted potatoes versus mashed. The asparagus were truly exception - so tender and such flavor.

So the noise level killed it. It was like eating in a mall.Or cafeteria. We had to wait over twenty five minutes for our main dish. The servers were great and very attentive but overall not worth the dollar that we spent. The appetizers were sub.Par.The sides were subpar and the me was ok.

Always stop @ Hells Kitchen when we are at Harrah’s. Our waitress Brandy was the most amazing server we have had. Food is always amazing including the Beef Wellington - a must have that nobody does as well as Hell’s Kitchen. Great cocktails as well.

We ordered two appetizers, and a salad and a soup. All 4 were brought out of the same time. It was too rushed for fine dining. The waiter asked if we want truffle. I knew they'd be an up charge, but I didn't expect $30 for truffle adder. Beef Wellington was very good! Salmon was undercooked, but the crispy skin was excellent. Best dish was the macaroni and cheese.

Birthday dinner with my wife was FABULOUS. My goodness, the food and drinks are delicious. This is a little silly for some but I’m disabled so the (relatively) taller chairs were a problem for me. My feet were swinging and it wasn’t comfortable sitting. It’s a bit loud, but good company cancels that. Prices are quite high so this isn’t an everyday meal.

I'm a huge fan of Helll's Kitchen and have always wanted to try the food. Came for my birthday with my mom and we had a wonderful time. The staff was absolutely fantastic and the food was delicious. The prices were reasonable. Definitely would recommend.

Hands down the best dinning experience. We were there celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary, Sabrina and her team went above and beyond to make the evening special. She took the time to explain the menu, made recommendations and even explained the origins of the dishes. The conclusion of our meal we were offered a guided tour of the restaurant including pictures with the chef and wine room. Thank you for making our night!

It was our 35th wedding anniversary and you guys totally screwed it up! I appreciate the manager for trying to make it right but, I went home hungry. I couldn’t even take a picture because I was crying and my eyes were swollen. We’ve eaten with you guys a few times and it’s hit or miss. I should’ve known better about spending a special occasion with you guys. My hubby warned me. 😢

Wife’s steak was cold. Flavor was good, but very disappointing and overhyped for what we ate. Maybe we pay for the awe of it, but Texas Roadhouse is way better food, flavor, fun.

Very pleasant, wait staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Food was excellent, extensive wine selection. Only thing I'd like less of is fussy kids. Not the restaurants fault but maybe the restaurant should consider seating tables with kids grouped together. Overall very well worth the experience & money.

It was a nice evening but noise level too high. An order was forgotten ….but was taken off your bill. Food was good but not awesome. Probably not my to go restaurant for my next special event

We were seated immediately, had great service & the food and drinks were delicious, as expected. Highly recommend the lobster risotto! So yummy!
