The food tasted great, the only downside…once we received our food the sides were cold. Once the chef got word he made it right with a complimentary glass of wine. The servers are very attentive but they have a large section to tend to so it may take a while for the server to return to you. I would recommend Hearsay for a sophisticated night out.

Hearsay is a BEAUTIFUL restaurant. The food is fairly good. However, the SERVICE is grossly understaffed! Our server Trae was AWESOME! He was expected to serve over 40 people with NO help to run food, drinks, or bus tables! Trae worked HARD to meet our needs and I believe he did the ABSOLUTE BEST he could do! There were ONLY 2 bartenders to meet the needs of the ENTIRE restaurant including the cigar patio and the bar! The food (short rib and pork chops) were flavorful but not hot. I KNOW the bartenders and Trae did EVERYTHING in there power to accommodate everyone BUT give them help!! The restaurant also ran out of 3 entrees! The valet ran out of parking! The band was great, enjoyed the entertainment! I plan to give Hearsay another try because I love the atmosphere. LEADERSHIP, please give your staff some HELP!! You failed your staff last night!

I had a party of two, they double charge on drinks. My guest paid the tab while I walked away and I was then charged for the entire bill after. The waitress “boxed” up my leftovers, which was half of my dinner a bit more since I didn’t eat much of the dressing that’s offered with the duck, and gave me someone else’s food that was crumbs. Food is over cooked and dried out. Manager made his presence known but gave security vibes with no customer service or concern. Do not waist your time or money! Ambiance is nice but over priced for dried out food and customer service is non existent.

Loved the food it was amazing. Venue was gorgeous. Music was wonderful truly enjoyed it. Bar staff was on point. Our waitress however was not great, she took forever to serve us and other tables around us, was not out and available for guests. Was at the bar talking with other waitress staff. Also, after our food was brought out (by another waitress) she never checked back on us or asked if the food was correct.

Only disappointment was they were out of two menu items. Other than that everything was great. Live band was awesome..

2 1/2 hours and our food never came out. The food (appetizers) we had was good, the drinks amazing and the band was awesome. Probably just a one off experience, great location and vibe.

We went with friends on a Thursday. There were only a couple of other tables with guests—it was empty! We were sat down right away. Our server, who was very nice, was not attentive. We arrived at 7 PM and didn't get out until after 11 PM. We would have been done in under 3 hrs if our server had been more on top of things, especially since other tables came and went while we were there. We ordered apps, and they were small. Pork belly, for $26, was just a handful of tiny cubes but had a large bed of collared greens and a stack of thin onion rings. Way overpriced and a waste. They tasted good, but not worth it. We tried to order a bottle of wine, but they were out of so many! I picked about five before they had one. It took forever before we got to order our entrees. Dinner was good—not great, but good. However, it was way overpriced for what you get, both in terms of portion and quality. Once dinner was done, it took over an hour before we finally got our check. We were tired and were ready to leave. The servers need to be trained for a higher level of service and not apologize every time they speak. This is so unprofessional. They had no confidence. The blue round-back chairs are super uncomfortable. They cut into your back. I had a hard time in them, especially for 4 hrs. The vibe of the place was cool. They had some lighting issues in one area where lights were flickering, which was strange. Overall, the place is very cool-looking and has a lot of potential. I even hear they get busy sometimes and have corporate buyout nights. I would have to hear they stepped up their service game and had everything in stock they advertised on their menu before I would even consider trying it again. I wouldn't recommend this place otherwise.
