                                                                                              Booking a reservation was challenging due to the requirement to pay for everyone upfront when requesting a bigger couch for 15 people. One of the staffs handling of free passes, given by the owner to me, led to a huge discomfort for my friends. Their refusal, citing disruption to the staff, added an awkward element to the night. The situation escalated when we sought to use a one of the three vacant couches, initially permitted by our server but later contested by the same individual who addressed the free passes. This led to a discussion about reservations and additional payments then him allowing us to use it. Despite understanding the business policies, the overall experience felt unusual, prompting us to leave after the game concluded. I still enjoy headshots and would recommend people to try it out at least once to build their own opinion but not sure if it will be a go to now.

                                                                                              Headshots is my favorite bar. I'm always bringing friends to show them how fun and cool it is. Many of my friends have become regulars there. The service is incredible and the people who work there are very kind and helpful people. They're also very LGBTQ+ friendly. There's no other bar in Wichita like Headshots. I would definitely recommend Headshots Bar, even if you don't drink. 10/10

                                                                                              Headshots never disappoints, they have amazing selection of drinks, bar food that is top notch quality. Wide selection of video games, tabletop, to arcade to play. We had a great time at the NYE celebration, look forward to many more weekends or special occasions at Headshots. Awesome employees!

                                                                                              Overall it was cute! It was a little pricey and they didn’t seem to have gone “all out” like I’ve seen them do for previous pop-ups but we definitely had fun! McGonagall’s commitment to the accent was outstanding- she stayed in character even when she was chatting with us about D&D!

                                                                                              We enjoyed interacting with the characters and dressing up as though we were in the Harry Potter universe. It did not seem as themed as in the previous location, but it was still a lot of fun.

                                                                                              The Yule Ball event this year was disappointing compared to last year's Lord of the Rings themed event. The main waitress/bar tender this year was great, but the ambiance was lacking and the event was not as immersive as past year's special events. We had high hopes after last year's awesome event but this year's was just ok.
