Head Quarters by Nice Guys Nola is a bar and event space in the Warehouse District of New Orleans. Our waitress, Mary, was amazing! When we were there she explained everything on the menu with a smile! The food was amazing and the drinks were good too! Definitely will make sure when I visit New Orleans I stop by again. :)

Service was basic at best. She wasn’t welcoming and I Felt like she was rushing us to leave. Food came out sporadically so I was finish my food by the time others received theirs. And some meals came out incomplete(omelette with no sausage)! It was ok.

We attended Brunch here. There was live music which was great. I had a blueberry lemon drop and for my meal the Shrimp n Grits. Our server was the great. The place looks very nice and I enjoyed the talent. I was disappointed in my entree though. The Shrimp n Grits had only 5 small shrimp and the grits were very soupy. We also had the steak and eggs with the potatoes which was delicious. I’ll definitely give this place another try but overall it wasn’t bad. Great location, good drinks, and good vibes.

I, along with six of my friends, dined at Headquarters for my birthday. The energy was amazing. Frankie Beverly and Maze were in concert up the street, so it was a great touch to have the band’s music playing for those of who weren’t attending the concert. Although we had reservations, we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. I received a text message letting me know that my table was ready. I appreciated that. Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was packed so she did the best she could and never made us feel ignored. I ordered crawfish etouffee. The portion size was perfect. I loved the use of fried and regular crawfish in the dish. That was a nice surprise to this traditional dish. My guests ordered soup, oxtails, pasta, and red fish. Everyone cleaned their plates except my brother. His order of oxtails was severely undercooked. After sending the dish back, he waited at least another 30 minutes only to be told they were out. That was the only disappointment. The live band was fun. I even danced on stage to their rendition of Casanova. Until next time!

The staff were very nice and welcoming, great customer service! We were put at one of the high tables in the back and the condensation from the vent leaked onto my husband. Also, the table was unbalanced. We asked to be moved to another table and they did move us. The food came out pretty quickly. I order shrimp and grits, it was on the colder side so I asked for it to be warmed. My waffle was similar temp. Although the taste was good, the tempature took away from the meal. My husband had the HQ Breakfast and he said it was good except the butter sauce on the buscuit. The live band was good entertainment!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Headquarters Nice Guys, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we walked in, the warm and friendly staff made us feel right at home. Hope, our server was not only attentive but also incredibly personable. She was so relatable and literally smiled the entire evening!! The ambience was absolutely impeccable. Beautifully decorated, clean and fresh. The indoor seating had a French Quarter courtyard vibe. It was designed in such a way that it felt like we were dining outdoors, which added a unique and delightful touch to our evening. The live band playing in the background elevated the atmosphere even further, creating a vibrant yet relaxing environment. They were just loud enough that we could still talk to hear one another without screaming across the table. We also had the opportunity to chat with the event coordinator, Quiana, who was incredibly sweet and personable, making our visit feel even more special. We enjoyed a selection of appetizers and cocktails, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. We are eager to return for a full-course meal! Overall, they exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to come back and experience more. Highly recommended!

We visited Headquarters in New Orleans for brunch on Sunday and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, they had a good variety of flavorful dishes and the service was prompt and attentive. The lively atmosphere was enhanced by a talented live band that made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, Headquarters is a great spot for a fun dining experience + it's black-owned and they are reviving/preserving the history of the building they are in. Highly recommend!

Service was generally slow. Especially drinks from the bar, unless getting mimosas which was still generally slow. Food was cold even though it came out quickly. This suggests it’s probably premade. I recommend having the pitcher of juices and bottle of champagne left with the guests. This will free up the bar tender and waiters to make cocktails and provide service. Was also surprised to see an 18% service fee which is ambitious given the low quality experience. For context, I only had 2 other people with me. The ambiance however, was great, and, provided the restaurant can fix the foundational business of food service, this place could become promising. Wouldn’t recommend over other brunch places until they fix these issues.
