The food options were limited and disappointing. I wanted a HQ cheeseburger but without mayo. I always have the option to add mustard. I’ve never been to a restaurant that serves burgers but doesn’t offer mustard. I also wanted their signature Old Fashioned which was on the menu but unavailable. I think they were out of something. I was very disappointed.

I’m not sure happened but they had a limited food menu and I literally waited 25 mins by the bar until someone asked if I needed something and was told they had a limited drink menu as well. I had one drink and left somewhere else to enjoy my St. Patrick’s Day.

This is such a fun place! The drink options are amazing and the food was incredible! There were so many different games to choose from and it was fun walking around, trying as many as I could. The service was great!

overall, my experience was great. The food was very fresh and very flavorful. I would’ve appreciated more draft beers. Overall, nothing beats good food and drinks and free gaming. also, not to forget to mention that everyone in there, it was so nice so polite and I met so many wonderful people.

Service was terrible. Wait staff paid more attention to the young crowd. They don't realize us older patrons tip better than them when you take care of them. If you're 21 and trying to get picked up, go there.

Good food, free games except for a few, and you can easily spend the $100 hanging out to get a table as a home base. It was a blast!

Had a dope time!! Pros: The staff was nice, the games are free, the holiday decorations were so pretty and the crowd was friendly. Cons: The pizza wasn't the best, music was dry (many people were complaining), the specialty cocktails were gross and I asked twice for paper towels to be replaced in the women's restroom and it never happened. Overall: The vibe was enjoyable and I will definitely go back. I'm just going to eat before I get there and stick to basic alcoholic beverages. Lol.

Had a fun time here! This a fun place to take someone who’s into arcade games or someone who is a gamer. Drinks were good as well . Also the pizza you can actually share with one another lol so don’t order 2

So much fun playing arcade games. Food was ok but not great. Very good drink selection and service. Plastic silverware was a negative because of the types of food we ordered.

Our server james was amazing and so was his trainee. He was very helpful with drinks and food. Overall great experience. Plenty of games and amazing staff. Highly recommend this spot to anyone I know.

Had one server who was overwhelmed so no real service unless you go to the bar. This was my first time so they may have accommodated for this by offering free games, which is really nice. Besides having only a hostess and two bartenders, place is really cool and fun.

Would suggest that they invest in mobile payment / pay by QR code when you want. It was very tough tracking down a server to pay which was very time consuming and really hindered the whole experience.

Came specifically for advertised March Madness specials and to watch the game. Game wasn't on when we arrived, server had no clue as to specials, even though there were signs on premises and social media/emailed promotions. Free games are fun but customer care was lackluster.

First time in Chicago and this was our first dinner! We had an amazing server, and an amazing time! The food was absolutely great, and the free arcade games were too. I will be recommending this to everyone visiting.
